only stay here if there no other options - as a single woman, this location did not feel safe

Cons:

This property is incredibly dated, which is okay, except that the neighbouring hotels are cheaper and much, much more modern. I originally assumed that, because it was $100 more a night than the facility next door, it would be better, but it was very old. The carpets were very, very old. They were over perfumed, almost to try and cover a smell, and this sound deadening wasn't great, so you get all the traffic noise from the main motorway along the freeway. I would not stay there. It did not make me feel safe, and the after-hours staff were okay but not very friendly.

The room I stayed in was dirty and smelt funny made strange sounds when turning off lights freezer was gross fridge was gross shower had broken thing in it bed had 2 of the most worn pillows I’ve ever slept on really disappointed

Pros:

Location was close to train station we came from Robina so that was great. Also near a function we were attending. Rooms a little on the older side but was clean, beds comfortable.

Uncomfortable and disgusting

So many things were broken. Fridge door handle was broken, cutlery was dirty, tv remote didn’t work, bed was sinking in the middle.

Spacious, nice apartment in a very good location
Pros:

Very comfortable and decent sized apartment, lots of space and in a good location for access to the city and rail links (and walkable to Suncorp stadium too).
Staff were very helpful, would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing to really get wound up about. It's on a main road so there is a bit of road noise but I knew that about the location ahead of time so if that's something that would bother you then ask for a room away from the main road.

My niece and I stayed one night and was very in happy with what was in the apartment for the price.
Pros:

Location to Auchenflower Station and Bikeway along the river.

Cons:

Small carton long life milk instead of those skimpy little milk satchels. Not enough when you like to have a cup of tea/coffee on arrival to your room to relax.
