Lovely Spot!
Pros:

Set in really attractive grounds on the edge of the town. The lady on reception was incredibly welcoming and helpful - with recommendations for dinner and even gave us some home made brownies to take to our room. The room had everything that we needed and was clean and we felt very comfortable

Cons:

It's a drive into town if you want to get something to eat in the evening but that for us was the only downside - and we knew about this when booking!

Pros:

A beautiful place to stay. Exceptional service and wonderful people to deal with.
Clean, roomy, modern and very comfortable beds.
I rate this place very highly and will stay here again when visiting Armidale.
