Comfortable, quiet, friendly, clean , love staying here
Pros:

We like the location , quiet, out of town, locally surrounds, character of the buildings.
We stay here whenever we are travelling through Armidale and require accommodation.
Staff are great and we love the King size rooms for their size and and amenities.

Very pleasant stay, lovely surrounds & gardens . Very quiet, no traffic noise.
Pros:

The room was very spacious, clean .
We enjoyed the breakfast it was all that we wanted.
The staff were friendly & very helpful, even a brownie on check in.

Pros:

Quiet and comfortable. Room opened onto lawn and trees. Love the complementary brownie when you book in . Beer in the fridge very reasonable price.
