Pros:

Good location right in the middle of town. The room was cosy and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

My room was right above the restaurant so I could hear people talking and music playing until late. The room didn't have a microwave. Wifi didn't work in my room so had to sit outside on balcony to get good Wifi signal.

Location was great to get around town
The balcony restaurant lovely meal on Saturday night and good service

Cons:

No room service on weekends
No breakfast available on the weekend in the hotel
Would have liked clean towels during our stay

Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

Cleaner was nice.

Cons:

Bed - most uncomfortable bed ever. Went to BCF to buy a mattress for the second night. Receptionist - very rude. Tried to address issues with her. Her response, 'This is not a 5 star hotel.' Shower head needed replacing as water trickled out. Blind did not stay down, needed to use a pamphlet to keep it down. Everything from the carpet to the furniture was is poor condition.
