Tv didn’t work - we got one of the staff to help - but she couldn’t help- and did nothing more to help

Pros:

Excellent convenient position in the centre of town, perfect for walking. Very helpful staff, assisting with luggage. Lovely view of trees and river. From Room 2. Great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant

Poorly maintained, mould in bathroom, hole in sheets, stained and worn flooring. Does not match the photos

Comfortable but could use some updating
Pros:

It is clean & comfortable, bed and pillows were great. Good access to the Main Street but still quiet.

Cons:

The only power points were behind the tv and behind the bedhead, and none in the bathroom for the hairdryer…. WiFi didn’t work in the room

Nice central place to stay with great food!l
Pros:

Loved the location, made it easy to get to shops. The room was nice and warm. Everything was clean. The room had everything in it that you need and being at the back of the pub it was handy for meals, which were excellent.

Cons:

It was a little outdated and could do with an upgrade which would make it more cozy. A lamp in the corner, a mattress topper. More information on parking facilities would be helpful. This property has a number of stairs to get up from the parking and anyone with mobility issues may find it challenging.

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

Absolutely love everything. The food at the pub was sooo good, it was super clean and the location was excellent. We had a simple room but it was everything we needed and the heater warmed up the place to where we were hot and had to open the window which is great in winter

Pros:

Great location on main street of Arrowtown. Convenient if you have come from airport in the evening and want to ski first thing next day.

The pub atmosphere … Big open fire and a pool table in the pub and great food!
