Pros:

Location is the main attraction of this complex close to beach front, shops and restaurants.

Cons:

The room was not clean, hair found in kitchen and left over food crumbs in cupboards and fridge, household items were broken such as dishwasher door handle, kitchen tap ( which was repaired upon request), mop, portable clothes line and rubbish and food found under the sofa. Although we were required to leave the kitchen fully cleaned, that is dishes away or in the dishwasher otherwise a cost would be deducted from our credit card, as per the welcome letter. The laundry washing machine and dryer are not in the apartment as the website would have you imagine, rather it is an open communal laundry on the ground floor near car park. The internal stairs in the apartment loft are very steep and narrow, we were informed of this after the booking made, however upon arrival we were asked to sign a waiver if any injury occurred, where infact this document would not be legally binding according to the Inn Keepers Act 1958-a misleading act on part of the body corporate and management and not a pleasant experience upon arrival, early transparency should be included in promotions.

Sandcastles is perfection!!
Pros:

Sandcastles is the perfect location for a truly great holiday.
We had a beautiful garden. Which we really loved you park the car and your holiday begins. It is the most exceptional location two seconds till everything the beach the pool the restaurants the bars. You could not ask for better.
If I was to own a one bedroom apartment, I would choose this one. I loved it so much.

We will be back to stay many times in the future

No lift and lots and lots of stairs. No offer to assist with bags.
"Deluxe loft" apartment only really suitable for children in the loft area. Our group constantly bumped their head on the ceiling which only a child could stand up in and stairs leading to the loft were more like a ladder. Very precarious. Shower was blocked and flooding when we arrived although this was fixed before our stay ended. Old rusty soap dish. Loud fridge which broke down during our stay. Dirty balcony.
No filtered water and no water jug.
