Nice walk to do just front of the house

It was super complete and very well maintained, kitchen quite complete . Perfect breakfast taken care of by the friendly Jan and Ger. Everything very clean. And the hosts were terrific : they provided us as well with all local hints and tips . Could not be better. A real (hidden) gem!

Beautiful, quiet spot in a great location. The apartment is extremely well-accessorised, everything felt thoughtfully provided. The hosts were amazing, responsive, and very helpful. The porch offered a lovely garden view, with peaceful mornings of little birds flying from tree to tree, the occasional pelican gliding overhead, and beautiful evenings with an amazing sunset. The beach and a good walk are just down the stairs. And beware, if you arrive at night, drive carefully, as you might spot a few kangaroos running errands around the neighbourhood!

I am so glad I picked this place for my getaway,. The hosts, Jan and Greg were so very nice. You can tell the love and care they put into their guest homes, little special details everywhere, including the delivery of the breakfast basket and home made bread. The location, views and communal space was full of beauty and tranquility.

Beautiful views & surroundings, good location

The property was cleverly designed, fitting everything we needed in a nicely styled unit. The bed was comfortable and the shower and kitchen were great.
Our breakfast choices were freshly delivered in a basket each morning, including homemade bread !!

The views were amazing and we enjoyed the basin walk which began at the bottom of the property.

Our hosts, Greg and Jan, were most welcoming. They helped us find nearby places to eat and provided guidance on how best to explore Jervis Bay during our brief two-night visit.
Our apartment boasts a very creative design that made it private, comfortable and functional.
Our hosts provided breakfast makings to our order each morning and we prepared them in the well-appointed kitchen.

Jan and Greg are incredible hosts, so very welcoming. We loved hearing about the area and the wildlife of Australia. Their property is beautiful, and the walk along the beach was a perfect thing to do after traveling for 24 hours from the U.S. Breakfast was provided (you cooked it yourself), the bread was especially delicious. We loved our stay and highly recommend By the Beach.

Sehr nette Besitzer, wir wurden herzlich empfangen.

Sehr schönes und großes Appartment mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Das Frühstük wurde am Morgen vor die Tür gestellt, so dass man in Ruhe und entspannt im Appartment frühstücken konnte. Die Besitzer waren sehr nett und haben uns einige gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben wie z.B. den Booderee National Park.
