Great location, great views, fantastic place for the 5 of us, we had plenty of room - really good!
Pros:

The place was spotlessly clean, immaculate. the furnishing was modern, and very tasteful - felt like a home from home

Cons:

The pool area is a little small and dated, but we spent barely any time there anyway

I like mostly everything but I would suggest to maybe provide some basic kitchen stuff like oil, salt, pepper, aluminium foil, etc. Wifi signal on and off…Aircon only in living room

Accommodation is outdated in Unit 8 - didn’t match photos. Location and pool was great
Pros:

Location - great spot on the river with views, next to all the restaurants and water sport businesses and shops
Pool - warm, clean, great for family
Staff - friendly

Cons:

Bathrooms and bedrooms - outdated, didn’t match photos in the property listing. Unit 8 isn’t renovated like the other units/photos. In need of renovation and plumbing, drainage issues.
Bed - double size, not queen size and not comfortable - must be old.
Amenities - no bins for bathrooms, have to pay for pool / beach towels, only provided soap bars, one tea towel for duration of stay, limited dishwashing liquid. Basics were limited and insufficient - felt like we are at a cheap caravan park.
AC - no AC in bedrooms, only fans
Bedrooms - no block out blinds, light comes through at sunrise

Good value for money and great location.
Pros:

The apartment was freshly renovated and quite comfortable. It only had one air-conditioning at the opposite end of the apartment so the bedrooms were hard to cool down with fans only. The resort is situated walking distance to main shops, restaurants and public transport which was very handy.

Cons:

There is no lift to the top level so it’s hard to carry the language up the stairs but it’s only two levels not counting the parking lot.
Accessing the parking and the side gates is by using the apartment key. A key fob would have been great .

Great location but facilities need updating,

Great location.

Cons:

There was no air conditions in the bedrooms. That would be ok if the fans were decent, but they weren’t and the blinds weren’t made of metal, which absorbed and conducted heat into the rooms. Great place to stay in winter.
