Pros:

Very easy check in and we were very well looked after by the beautiful lady at reception who helped surprise my friend for her birthday( I’m very grateful) location was great, weather was very poor but did not dampen our experience

Very nice, I would stay again.
Pros:

Location is excellent,

Cons:

It was all very good except the plates and glasses were not clean, probably because they rely on the customer to clean them. Also the toilet door lock was broken, not a big deal. Car park space is a little small if you have a big car.

Needed a broom or floor "swiffer"
Needed dish washing tablets
Extra bath mats would have been good
A dish drainer
Needs more power points in kitchen as wifi is plugged into one side of outlet / use a power board
The stove top frypan needs total replacement - it's totally scratched and unfit to cook on - disappointing as the saucepans are great
