Great value for money, I’ll definitely book again.
Pros:

It was clean and very close to the beach, which was our main concern while booking for a stay.

Almost perfect, with great support from management.
Pros:

Fabulous location, with 180-degree view of the water. Easy to find and location was within easy walk to the surf club and local pub. The manager was so helpful and with a few issues with the unit we had been booked into, she decided to upgrade us to a larger unit. The bed and pillows were comfortable as was the lounge area. The kitchen was well equipped and even had some gladwrap and alfoil available.

Cons:

A few little things that meant I'm not giving a perfect score, but it came close. Crumbs in the cupboard, floor needed a good wash (the bottom of my feet with dirty from walking around with no shoes on) and no dishcloth but 10 out of 10 for everything else.

ABSOLUTLEY APPALING BEHAVIOR FROM KIM AND MICHAEL THE OWNERS/MANAGERS!!
🚩🚩STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE DONT GO NEAR IT WITH A 50 FOOT POLE🚩🚩
🚩🚩ABUSIVE, RUDE, INVASIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NASTY, RETALIATORY, COMPLETE RIP OFF🚩🚩
We had a unit on the 4th floor, The Hot water system wasn't workimg and couldn't run a Bath for our 6 month Old Baby,
Called Kim up and let her know hot water wasn't working, And she was so rude to us, They then came into our unit and said this has never happened before, Then said we will get you a new unit, They did which it took hrs, And we we had to pack everything up that we had unpacked and move to new unit.
When we got to new unit It smelt completely of chemicals amd we instantly got a headache and felt sick, Like a strong bleach smell mixed with lemon, There was no curtain on the window, And we were moved 2 floors down without the view we payed for ,We checked the hot water and it was getting hot, We ran a bath for our baby, Then it started to turn cold halfway filled up we couldn't believe it.
We contacted Kim and Michael again, This time Kim abused us on the phone, and said this is a YOU issue this is not a building issue, And she said it in a very nasty tone, I said excuse me we've been uprooted from our last unit and we've changed to another one and now we still don't have hot water and our baby hasn't had a bath and we are stressed and feeling sick due to chemicals,
KIM replied and said, Oh well you should call an Abulanxe then in a very nasty tone.
Then Kim and Michael came to our door and came straight in without knocking using there key card when the door privacy lock was locked from the inside, This was a complete breach of privacy.

Pros:

Had a lovely time there and I’d stay there again. It was beautiful and clean. The beds were perfect. Had a wonderful sleep.

Cons:

The spare room where the kids slept. There was a sensor light outside for the elevator but every time we got out of bed it would come on and when the blind flapped it would come on so we didn’t have a really good sleep in that room. Probably need some black blockout curtains put over the blind may help and some body lotion in the bathrooms would be very lovely

Cons:

Only down side for me was the bed l felt like it was trying to swallow me lol l'm just used to a firm bed but besides that for me l cant fault our 2 night stay there

It was a well appointed apartment with beautiful views.
Pros:

We were given an upgrade to a larger room which was really good. The staff were very friendly & helpful. It was a beautiful place to stay & we'll certainly return.

Cons:

There wasn'r anything that we didn't like.
