The location was good for what we wanted and the manager was great to deal with

Adequate for what we needed

The close proximity to Sandgate

Cons:

The room was small with 3 beds squashed in it. The shower took forever to warm up but once run was adequate. The shower drain was not working properly so you could have a small bath by the time you finished showering. The bathroom had no fan in it. There was only one mirror and sink in the room. The curtains didn’t keep out the light and you could hear conversations from the adjoining rooms. Walls were very thin. Saying that It was enough for the night.
