While this is very good value for money and the staff are wonderful, there was no escort to the room or assistance with luggage. The bathroom needed attention to the area around the tub and large ants came out in numbers from gaps in the shower tiles. When staying at country hotels and inns in Thailand, guests should understand that insects etc are part of the experience, as we do. We enjoyed our stay and be sure to specify what you want for breakfast as we were served huge helpings of all the items on the menu and were not able to do justice to all the food.

This is a very friendly and comfortable place to stay with good AirCon, tv programs and excellent service by the staff.

Situé près du Doi Tung, cet hôtel a certainement été un bel hôtel. Malheureusement, les chambres sont vieillottes, la salle de bain n’est pas à la hauteur des descriptions et des photos. Il n’y avait pas de savon pour se laver les mains au lavabo, il fallait prendre le savon au distributeur de la douche - très petite -.
Le wifi fonctionnait quand il en avait envie.
Le restaurant est cher, pas copieux et avec un seul plat végétarien : 3 rouleaux de printemps...
The hotel is good condition and very good service from staff
Stayed 2 nights recently. Quite a distance outside Chiang Rai. (It is between Chiang Rai and Mae Sai).
Seems to be popular with tour groups. Rooms were ok to average compared to western thinking. The surrounding gardens etc were beautiful and was quiet and peaceful.

Close to great tourist attractions
Too small to call resort. Wall room very thin, always hear the noises from other guest rooms. Breakfast were so..so.. not so much choice, taste OK.
