Nice, cool and comfortable place to stay for a night!
Pros:

This is a very cute motel! It looked just like the pictures :)
We stayed there one night on our way from Sydney to Melbourne.
Clean and comfortable, would stay again.

Cons:

The place is missing some vibe. Having some nice outside lights or music near where the pool would have made it feel more warm and chill.

Excellent accommodation with everything you could need - perfect base to explore Phillip Island
Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable with everything you could possibly ever need. It even had a plug in electric stove top in one of the drawers and a garment steamer. Bathroom too was large and comfortable with ample supplies of body wash, shampoo, conditioner and lots of towels. There were biscuits as well as the usual tea, coffee and sugar and a large comfy sofa, sweet little dining table and chairs as well as a very comfortable bed. It is the perfect set up for a couple. You are so close to the beach and the main drag of Thompson Street. Church Street is one of the main cross streets so you have a Coles in the middle, the hospital the other side of Thompson and a wide and exciting range of eateries to choose from. There is even a cafe at the apartments for breakfast. It’s a fantastic base for exploring Phillip Island.

Cons:

Parking is quite limited but safe in a little cul-de-sac off Church Street. We did have to park on the footpath a couple of times. We got there late the first night after roadworks at Berwick threw our GPS off course, and our room was hard to find in the dark but nothing some signage and lights wouldn’t fix. Other than that I could not fault this accommodation.

It was a comfortable stay and Sari was lovely and helpful.
Pros:

The beds were really comfy. 3 bedrooms were great! Large dining table. Swimming pool and spa were excellent! The house had nearly everything we needed. The coffee shop is great!

Cons:

The house seemed pretty old. There were ants throughout the kitchen and lounge room. The back sliding screen door came off its track all the time. The dishwasher didn’t work very well. We had to keep asking for toilet paper, garbage bags and dishwasher tablets. We eventually just bought them ourselves as the staff were really hard to track down.
The air conditioning was only in the lounge and didn’t really go through the house.
The outdoor furniture was really dusty, we couldn’t sit on the chairs so we had our own camp chairs and used them.
The pool and spa were across the road and because I have difficulty breathing it was a huge struggle for me to walk across the road.
I think some tlc is needed to upgrade the house as the cost of staying there was overpriced.
