6 person stay but only 3 chairs at table
2 wine glasses

the bed was hard ,and only one pillow each .There was a knocking noise coming from one of the doors up the hall way Also no ice cubes in the freezer to make ice .

We arrived at the apartment to find it had not been cleaned since the previous guests checked out.

We were then instructed to inspect two alternative rooms, both of which were also in an unacceptable condition.

The property manager later advised that they believed our arrival was scheduled for the following day. However, all prior communication clearly confirmed our check-in for the correct date.

As a result this error and the lack of basic cleanliness across multiple rooms, our check-in experience fell well below an acceptable standard. The general condition of the building was poor. The outdoor table on the balcony was covered in dust and cobwebs, further indicating a lack of cleaning and maintenance.

Some of the stair treads need to be secured as for an elderly person they are a bit wobbly.

There was a couple of stains on the floor (or could have just been cleaned as they felt a tiny bit damp)

There are a few small updates required: the windows and fly screen in centre room are broken and don’t close, first toilet seat needs replacing and only the full flush button worked. All of the milk in the fridge was expired.

Just doesn’t have a lift or prams accessibility.

Maybe to add some condiments at start but apart from that nothing to fault

Carpet was dirty and old
Vaccum didn’t work
WiFi didn’t work
No staff or clean towel change over
Stairs old and not safe

it was all good.

Basic maintenance

TV was too old to connect to Netflix etc.
The two single beds that were pushed together to make the King size didn’t match very well.

Inside the Apartment there were 3 problems, none were major, just some attention needed.
1. All the blinds except 2 were not working properly. They need to be serviced / repaired.
2. No manuals for the appliances. Had quite a time working out how to operate the oven.
3, Two remotes needed new batteries.
Outside, the small gardens in front of each Apartment were full of weeds and desperate for water.
As this is the main entrance it was a bit neglected , all for the sake of a couple of hours maintenance.

Fridge was a little dirty (not wiped down) and beds are a little hard and probably due for an upgrade. Hence, comfort level wasn't great.

apartment needs a good clean and needs an update. Went to use the barbeque for unit 1 and looks like it has had no maintenance on it in years. Went to get rid of rubbish as directed and large green bin overflowing with rubbish, birds loved it and given the size of the property, the bin appeared not to have been emptied in a while. The online advertising of a one-bedroom apartment for $180.00 a night is well out of date. We paid $300+. Looks like money coming in, not much been spent on maintenance.
