Worst accommodation experience
Pros:

Premises was old and outdated and extremely cramped. Cockroach in bathroom. Staff didn’t know what they were doing. Kept trying to charge us even though we had already paid.

The bed was gorgeous
Pros:

Absolutely lovely young lady phoned to see if I'd be there before the office closed. She was so friendly when I arrived a little earlier than I expected

Cons:

The bathroom floor got completely wet when I showed. And I was disappointed there was not a microwave or toaster in the room. I wasn't able to eat once I arrived which was not good for my medical condition.

Why do they have a bed on casters on a polished floor. Everything you sit on the edge of the the bed it skates across the floor!!!

I would like a refund. It was not as advertised. the towels also smelt damp and like bleach.
Pros:

I actually am going to contact you for a refund as there were multiple things that were wrong including airconditioners that did not work, electrical items drilled to the wall and there was no fridge and I needed to put my daughters insulin in the fridge. Not what I expected at all. The rooms ( we were changed twice - all smelt.)

Cons:

It came across as unsafe to stay there. We also thought there was a mini fridge in the room. but there wasnt. and we needed that for medical supplies.

Pros:

The TV was a smart TV.

Cons:

The room was absolutely atrocious. The carpet was filthy and had mould, the bathroom was disgusting and had mould all over it and it smelt, the walls were covered in filth and not wiped over for months, the linen had obvious stains, the bed was old and uncomfortable, likely caked in germs. The hallways were filthy and had mould in the carpets. This place needs to be completely gutted and fully renovated and disinfected or completely demolished.

So convenient, clean & comfortable.
Pros:

Very helpful staff; convenient location to Chirch, Shopping Centre, eateries. For budget accommodation it was esp. clean & comfortable. (Not good for a disabled person unless at ground level.)
