Kitchen needs more cooking utensils and equipment. Plastic plates bowls and cups for kids would be awesome aswell

Location was excellent. Quieter than other places I have stayed on the Sunshine Coast yet close to cafes and shops and the beach.
My apartment was located more towards the back of the building and had no real sea view. There was some road noise from traffic.

The 1 bedroom apartments had no laundry facilities had to go to different floor and there was only a bar fridge, but there was a bar freezer
Easy to access, great location, great apartment which had everything we needed, friendly staff and it was unexpectedly quiet (we didn’t hear any noise from other guests).
Our car was a little difficult to manoeuvre in the car park due to tight space.

Property is a short walk to some of my favourite restaurants on the coast, and only a short walk to the patrolled Maroochydore beach.
Onsite management very friendly and helpful.
Only improvements I could think of would be to add a heated spa bath outside which would have upped the score from 8 to 9 out of 10.
If on the Beachfront with a heated spa bath then would have been 10 out of 10.

Pohodlný prostorný apartmán ve výborné lokalitě, blízkost oceánu, kaváren a obchodů, dobrý výchozí bod k výletům po okolí. Byt byl útulný, čistý, kuchyň velmi dobře vybavená nic nechybělo, možnost praní a sušení prádla. Podzemní garáž. Personál milý a ochotný. Byli jsme velmi spokojeni.

The Bed was very comfortable and the lounge area was great. It was within easy walking distance to beach and Cotton Tree. It was also nice and quiet.
There was a stove top but NO pots or frying pans for cooking. So had to eat out. And there were no screens. This wouldn't normally bother me.... but it was ground floor and I was on my own for the first time in 15 years, and I felt vulnerable. It meant I closed all the windows at night in order to feel safe. I like fresh air- so not so good for me.
Everything! Very clean and neat. Private. Very good bed
Kitchen utensils and equipment could do with an upgrade. especially the dishwasher, but all of these are still serviceable.

The apartment layout was awesome as well.
Only small but the shower water pressure was low. It's not a big issue as it still did its job.
