Pros:

Excellent view from the property, and we were supplied with a large range of cookware and utensils and tableware. Lovely place for a relaxing holiday. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Pros:

The location was great, but I think everywhere is likely to be good - everything is close on the island. The kitchen set up was great and we enjoyed the spacious set up of the living areas.

Cons:

We would have liked a coffee plunger rather than just a pod machine, similarly a tea pot! Also it wasn't clear to us that the spa function of the bath wasn't working. And next time we will make sure we have a sea view apartment!

Excellent communication, well equipped property and great location.
Pros:

Oasis 8 has excellent managing agents. They were professional, flexible and helpful ( if you are considering booking oasis 8 thru booking.com or another oasis through hamilton holiday homes I would highly recommend this one - HI holiday homes are poorly organised and substandard to the service provided by oasis 8).

Cons:

The beds were not made as we had requested. However they did send house keeping to rectify ( we had 4 children so needed single beds however were made as double beds/ king )

We would rebook this apartment! Five stars for us, thanks or having us :)
Pros:

Location was top of the hill, great view from balcony. Very clean. 3 bedroom, 3 toilets, perfect when sharing with family and friends.

Cons:

Recently painted, with new kitchen accessories. May need new towel rails with the new renovation? But honestly, it was perfect location and cleanliness for our 4 day stay.

Absolutely incredible!
Pros:

It was very clean and welcoming. It provided plenty of room for us, and we enjoyed the deck and windows that opened up to create an air open feel.

Cons:

The two bathrooms being somewhat connected with the 1/2 bath wall not going completely to ceiling was unique (probably for airflow).

Paradise!
Pros:

We were met at the airport and taken straight to the property. The host was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We requested one room to be a king split and unfortunately this was not the case, so we had to split the beds ourselves. Which meant that the sheets did not fit for two singles and the second bed in fact did not have sheets to use. Not a massive issue but it would have been nice it had been ready as we requested. It didn't ruin our stay.

Hamilton island is fantastic. The accommadation was dissapointing
Pros:

Location, loved Hamilton.

Cons:

So many issues.
Didnt give us enough beds.
So we tried to fold out lounge only to be told later that they were broken.
They had to grind the chairs in half to get out off accommadation.
Other issues with property. Was dissapointing for the price.
Didnt even offer a discount or anything.

Absolutely incredible
Pros:

Absolutely incredible experience staying at Oasis Apartments. From the moment we got to the ferry to be picked up to the moment we left. It was all so easy and such a breeze. The apartment was incredible. Couldn’t fault the whole Hamilton Island experience knowing we were staying here! And the added buggy was amazing!

Cons:

We used the dishwasher and ended up having to hand wash them. First bedroom fan and aircon wasn’t great.

Wonderful location however cleanliness and customer comfort could be improved.

The property had a great location and the furnishings were modern and comfortable.

Cons:

Unfortunately there were quite a few elements of our stay that impacted our experience. 1) on arrival the buggy battery was flat meaning we had to wait for it to gain charge before venturing around the island. 2) the air conditioning in the lounge room was riddled with mould, thankfully this was fixed promptly by the HIHA team. 3) the level of cleanliness was average. The shutters and air vents in the master bedroom were covered in layers of dust and there was major wear and tear to the walls 4) we had no hot water for the first 24 hours in bathrooms and the kitchen - again this was promptly resolved by the team. These factors were very disappointing for a facility that boasts luxury and convenience in the advertising and there were many factors that did not much the price point in which we were paying. 5) we were left waiting at the airport for over 1 hour for the valet service. There was apparently a mistake on which flight we were arriving in on so there was no valet service organised. I had to contact the HIHA team twice whilst waiting to follow up on our valet to the accomodation.
