Perfect location, perfect room.
Pros:

Very clean, tidy, modern, very close to the centre of town.

Cons:

Construction made it difficult to find but once its finished it will be amazing

A great surprise, would love to go back and stay another time.
Pros:

It was like brand new. Room looked great, bed very comfortable, shower was excellent.

Cons:

only regret was the pub wasn’t open yet, I would love to go back to see how all the renovations turn out.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and recommend anyone venturing to Toowoomba to enjoy staying at Shamrock Hotel as I sure
Pros:

The property was so convenient for me to venture around Toowoomba, very comfortable and clean and loved the relaxing colour scheme of the newly renovated Rooms, air conditioning and lovely big flat screen to watch from my bed. Tea and coffee and milk and biscuits provided, beautiful big shower with lovely shampoo, conditioner etc. provided. Excellent service and such lovely hospitable team who made me feel so welcome and went over and beyond to help me to enjoy my time in Toowoomba. I will definitely be staying there each time I return and really would like to say a big Thanku to Shamrock Motel Hotel. I appreciated my stay. Anne 🙋‍♀️😀

Disappointing.
Pros:

The Room was clean. Bathrooms very nice. Bed comfortable.

Cons:

We chose this particular motel because it was attached to a pub and had pool tables but the pub was under renovations which was not clearly advertised on the front, so it was closed, this was mentioned when we looked into it further but on the 3rd page in fine print. We were very very disappointed by this as this was our main reason for choosing the Shamrock. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! The next pub was down the road and did not have pool tables or any atmosphere.

Property a complete construction site. Trucks, tradesmen, hoses, electrical leads, dump trucks. Hotel and restaurant closed. Very uncomfortable bed. Electrical fault had power going off around 50 times.
