The room, the facilities and the staff hit all our needs and wants!
Pros:

The bed was a dream to sleep in, superbly comfortable, great pillows and you are always going to love white sheets. We were extremely happy with the location as we had come into town for a stage show at the Empire Theatre and once we parked the car at the Bower we were within walking distance of restaurants, cafes and the theatre. We will be back again in the future....

Comfy overnight stay
Pros:

Clean, freshly renovated, hot shower and comfortable bed. Had everything we needed for a one night stay.
Very central to town - easy walking distance.

Cons:

Unable to locate the key drop off box but we're told they were going to move it.
A little bit of noise through the window from other guests talking outside but none coming through the walls.

Central and comfortable
Pros:

The room was very modern and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

The only things I could mention was the noise from the renovations going on (which was to be expected), and the shower drain was very slow to take the water away, so it backed up a bit (maybe a byproduct of the renovations).
