Loved our stay!
Pros:

Fantastic location. Short walk to cafes and restaurants. Beautifully renovated apartment with uninterrupted beach views and easy beach access.

Apartment needed a revamp very basic holes in outdoor chairs, lounges needed to be comfortable.
Outdoor chairs had holes in them. Doors were rusty leading out to verandah making them hard to open and close.woken up in morning by Jack hammers next door.

Good value, spacious apartments on the beach
Pros:

Foreshore Apartments are an excellent budget choice for a perfect family holiday. The 6-storey 80s style complex is superbly located, literally with its own gate to the beach, a well-maintained pool and spa, and lovely wraparound garden. The two-bedroom apartment I stayed in was spacious with two bathrooms, two balconies (one with a magnificent "partial view" of the water), a well equipped kitchen and airconditioning in the lounge/dining room. Internally, it's not ultra modern but has ben updated and is very clean.

Cons:

It shows its age in minor ways (like worn out curtains in the master bedroom) but great value.There were a couple of minor disappointments in the way things were handled. Arrived to construction signs and scaffolding going up. I asked why I wasn't informed before I arrived, was told the decision to do building works was only made the day before (really?) and that I had been sent a message via Booking.com only that day! So no option to change my accommodation if it bothered me. And no apology. I hope the works include putting aircons in the bedrooms as they got quite hot with only ceiling fans. A couple of days later the evacuation alarm started blaring outside our front door before 5am, waking and terrifying us. Again the building manager did not apologise when i asked what had happened, just explained that the alarm was faulty. I accept that things sometimes just happen and I would stay here again especially after a building refresh.
