Pleasant small apartment in a good location.
Pros:

Good location, comfortable bed, nicely renovated.

Cons:

Couldn’t open any windows. Not much space in the bedroom for luggage.

We loved this apartment . Clean spacious and well situated. Everything we needed was there and the host readily answered

Great location with good kitchen/living area. A bit pokey in the bedroom area.
Pros:

Great location, kitchen facilities were great, bed was comfortable with lovely linens.

Cons:

The bedroom was extremely small with bedside tables turned sideways to fit and had to push bed over to close the bedroom door to be able to access the wardrobe! Needs some TLC with handles/rails loose per previous reviews. A bit of paint needed and some extra cleaning here and there(behind the shutters/window sills). The laundry facilities were available but not in the apartment. Very moist and steamy in bathroom… didn’t clear easily which kept things wet and slippery.

Great location - short walk to Albany CBD , wharf/marina.

Nice place just needs regular TLC
Pros:

Location was great.
Kitchen was well equipped.
Overall bathroom was ok

Cons:

The bathroom needed some maintenance
The towel holder was hanging off as was the bathroom door stop.
The toilet roll holder was loose and needs tightening
The bathroom sink isn't draining properly and needs a plunger

Pros:

Very practical location, tidy and many essentials provided.

Cons:

There could be some minor renovations or upgrades made. Paint peeling in the bedrooms and in particular the shower. Other than that, very nice!

Good location and facilities for a short stay. Walking distance to everything.
Pros:

Spacious apartment with separate lounge. All the kitchen facilities you’ll need. Bed was very comfortable with good quilt and pillows.

Cons:

No Aircon’s in bedroom and the windows don’t open so it’s very stuffy. A fan would have been nice 👍
They have a dehumidifier in the lounge as there seems to be a mould problem

Will definitely recommend the apartments to friends.
Pros:

Loved having kitchen area was great and well supplied. Rooms comfortable.

Cons:

Next time we probably would ask for ground floor being older now but still enjoyed our stay very much. Gemma was so helpful and very pleasant to speak with.
