従業員の対応が不均質
Pros:

従業員によりサービスに大きな差がある。二日後に戻って来るのでそれまでスーツケース一個を預かってほしいと伝えた。前日の従業員は了解したが、当日の従業員はダメだと言われた。前日のことを伝えた結果、憮然とした態度でしぶしぶ預かってくれた。バッゲージタグを要求したが、出せないし、信用できないなら荷物を持って行けと言われた。

Pros:

急遽、旅程変更でマンゴーホテルさんに宿泊しました。早朝の出発でモーニングを食べれなかったので評価が全てでは無いですが良いホテルでした。ホテル内の環境は問題なくチェックイン前に荷物も預かって頂き楽になったけど…。入り口の階段がちょっとキツい。他のホテルだと直ぐに荷を取りに来て運んでくれたらするのに少し怠慢。。あとその階段が狭くて滑るから雨の日とか難儀。少し料金が高くはあるけど、ハノイ駅の隣りの立地は素晴らしい。周りのレストランは観光値段で高めだった。

鉄道を利用する場合は、ホテルの建物からホームに出られます。
部屋は広かったですが、エレベーターを降りてから部屋までに数段の階段がありました。荷物が重いと大変です。

Good location next to train station
Pros:

Good location for a quick shower before catching a train as it is right next door to the Hanoi to Sapa train. However the beds are very hard and the rooms are a little noisy if you are a light sleeper. The shower is combined with the toilet and the floor gets a lot of water over it because the drainage is inadequate if you have the shower pressure too high. The rooms are cheap and there is value for very short stay for a refresher shower but I would not stay here for a full night.

Das Zimmer war klein und Zellenartig, das Bett hatte keine Matratze sondern lediglich ein Brett auf dem man gelegen hat. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

Pros:

Place was disgusting, smoke holes in our bedding. Linen wasn’t changed, towels had stains. Got charged for “staining towels” when we use to wipe up their dirty floor. Overall I would not recommend to stay at this hotel. Mich better places in the same area for the same price

Mango hotel
Pros:

Only booked in for a couple of hours sleep after the overnight train. Arrived at 5am and left again at 8:30am. Slept comfortably but as we were checking out we saw a rat run in to the kitchen.

Perfect for the train.
Pros:

We booked the Mango Hotel as a short stop before boarding the train and it couldn’t have been better, the hotels back door opens up right onto the platform. The staff were very helpful with our luggage and even escorted us you our train.

鉄道利用にはこの上なく便利

ハノイ駅のすぐ隣なので，鉄道利用には便利。部屋には冷蔵庫も設置あり。ただ，夜中までずっとうるさい。

À CÔTÉ DE LA GARE
Pros:

Bien situé, juste à côté de la gare et de la station bus n°86 pour le transfert à l'aéroport (30 000 dg) par personne.
Les chambres sont propres et la salle de bain agréable.
Hôtel correct pour la réception de clients pour 1 nuit, mais pas adapté pour recevoir des touristes. Politique commerciale à revoir et surtout à améliorer. Manque de convivialité.

Pros:

Accueil froid, pas convivial.
Petit déjeuner acceptable sans plus.
Seul hotel sur un circuit de 3 mois qui a refusé de stocker nos bagages pendant une excursion de 3 jours. Motif : pas de place, mais avec un tarif prohibitif, il y avait de la place ?! .. Même les guides n'ont jamais vu cela. Inadmissible et pas commercial.
Points positifs : A côté de la gare et de la station bus n°86 pour rejoindre l'aéroport au prix de 30 000dg par personne.
Propreté et chambre spacieuse. Salle de bain agréable. Petit salon à l'étage.

Just a stone throw away from the train station
Pros:

If you are transiting to Lao Cai, Sapa. This is the hotel you want to stay. Train station is just behind the hotel. Nothing fantastic about this hotel.

Rotte fra køkkenet, hårde senge
Pros:

Pænt rum med badeværelse tæt på togstationen. De kunne næsten ikke engelsk, rigtig meget larm, glemte vores morgenmadspakke som vi ellers havde aftalt,vi så en rotte komme fra køkkenet, air/con virkede ikke om natten,sengen var hård som en bænk.

Hotel cerca de la estación de tren, le falta mantenimiento pero los servicios en la habitación funcionaban (aire acondicionado, ducha con agua caliente, etc). Estaban remodelado una parte y los pasillos y acceso estaban muy sucios . La atención en recepción muy buena

Nice budget hotel
Pros:

Very convenient location. Next to train station and close to Temple of Literature and "Honoi Hilton" prison. Nice breakfast. Only train noise you could hear was in the bathroom. Western toilet and shower.
