We only stayed a night so not really complaining about anything thats horribly wrong. Place is good to stay but part of

The location right near the beach and the parking spot right where we stay.

Cons:

I thought the place was fancier and provides good food and drink options for guests. We were not really welcomed.

Clean room, comfortable bed but noisy location
Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Because the accommodation was attached to a hotel it was extremely noisy. Staff assured us the noise would cease at 10pm when the hotel closed but it didn't. Noisy and drunk patrons then came back to the accommodation and it remained noisy until after midnight.

Great location for the Spirit of Tasmania, great views and great value for money.
Pros:

We arrived early and the Manager asked the cleaners to do our allocated room by 1.00 pm. Kristy and Mel were cleaning machines, the room was spotless and they were delightful.
Good food in the restaurant too.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

Location was good post getting off the Spirit of Tasmania. Unfortunately I have rated a little low because outside our room there was a smokers tin, and there people from the hotel say there smoking, which was disgusting.
