Pros:

Had such a lovely stay at Nice Hotel. It’s a beautiful spot with so much character and charm. The room was stunning, super comfortable, and had all the little touches that make a stay feel special. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had such a warm vibe. Great location and the food was amazing too. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend for a nice getaway.

Nice Hotel is a masterclass in hospitality
Pros:

Nice Hotel is such a standout. The way they lean into the building’s history is brilliant, and the staff actually know their stuff—they aren’t just reading from a script. Whether you’re asking about the hotel’s past, the weather forecast, where to grab a bike, or the best dinner spots for those tricky Sunday and Monday nights, they have an answer for everything.

Staying there honestly feels like being wrapped in a warm blanket of hospitality. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was perfect, and I was especially obsessed with the amenities—the scent of their bath products is just incredible!

We actually live right here in New Plymouth, but we’d book a stay at Nice Hotel just for the atmosphere. It’s wild that we can feel like we’re on a total vacation and completely wind down while being only a five-minute drive from our own front door.

Terrible would not stay at this place again
Cons:

Put in room that was road side so noisy . Back on to kitchen noisy paid way to much for this room should not be a room they use have to walk thru dining room would not recommend had they been up front about room would have never stayed .

Fantastic and highly recommended, we will stay a the NIce Hotel on our next visit
Pros:

The breakfast menu looked fantastic but we were out with friends early. We had dinner in with friends; the meal was delicious, 5star complimented with a fine wine selection.

Everything was fantastic with a delightful garden outdoor dining and drinks area
