you had to eat breakfast in the kitchen you had to ask them to clean the tables they could not fry an egg coffee was like
dirty dish water they would not accept Vietnam cash for payment and insisted i pay with credit card which was charged
twice .It was a scam when i challenged the double payment they said they could not credit the double payment back to my credit card, they are running a scam, booking .com needs to distance themself from this this fraud

Att man säljer mat precis utanför entren ibland fick man säga till folk att flytta sig för att man skulle kunna ta sig ut ifrån hotellet. Senare på dagen dukade man upp ett stort bod i receptionen där personalen satt och åt.
Recieved a message from them on the morning I was due to arrive stating that my room wasnt available. Appears to be on ongoing occurrence between vietnamese hotels. Other travellers are also complaing of the same experience. Its disguisting and bookings.com need to address it, issue a fine if you need to. Extremely unfair to travellers who have just stepped of a plane. Being told you need to find somewhere else to stay after a long plane flight is unacceptable
They need to commit to there booking requirements

Really friendly staff and helpful. Everything clean and working. Breakfast was lovely high quality beef noodle soup or eggs. Close to park / independence palace and easy walk to several tourist destinations. Kettle and drinking water in room when you arrive was a nice touch.
Considering it's a super deluxe room, a window would be nice. However, maybe I should have selected a different room.

Đồ ăn sáng bao gồm trong giá phòng cũng bình thường, nếu có thể thì ra ngoài ăn ngon hơn nhiều. Buổi trưa có quầy đồ ăn của khách sạn ở trước cửa, trông hơi xập xệ nhưng không ảnh hưởng gì đến mình nên không sao.
The location was perfect for my needs. I walked 3 minutes to my appointment.
Staff were friendly. Helped us with our key when it broke and didn't charge us. Gave us a spare room that that night no charge either. Superb staff service. Locations in the centre of everything. 15 minute walk to popular foods / markets in either direction

The services provided correspond to the description and photos on the website. The room was clean and comfortable. There were no problems. Overall, I liked the breakfast, a large and filling portion, but the coffee was very sweet. The location is great, only 6 minutes from the Russian Embassy.
