An excellent boutique hotel!
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel in a historic building. Lovely clean rooms and excellent location for the centre. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was in an open airy courtyard and staff were very polite and friendly. A good spread for breakfast.

Lovely stay in a peranakan house
Pros:

The property is in the old peranakan houses, located just a street behind the busier jonker street. Makes it easier to explore the historical part of the town.

The hotel has retained many of the Peranakan architectural features and decoration within the hotel. I particularly like the antiques furnitures and paintings within the main lobby; the peranakan cabinets potteries , in the inner halls.

The courtyard breakfast space and the other courtyard garden space provides conducive seating spaces.

Cons:

There only one lift in this hotel, way finding is not very obvious. If you need lift access, would be good to request rooms nearer to lift.

Great stay with character, space, and superb location
Pros:

Absolutely loved the stay at Hotel Puri Melaka. The hotel is full of heritage charm and feels like stepping into a beautifully restored Peranakan home. The courtyard is especially relaxing and a great place to unwind. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for families. The location in Jonker Street is fantastic—just a short walk to all the main attractions. Having private parking in this area is a huge bonus and made everything very convenient.

Cons:

Nothing significant—facilities are slightly traditional in style, but this adds to the overall charm and experience.

Great location and beautiful property
Pros:

Beautiful colonial property with a melting pot of cultural influences in its decor just like the city itself. Chinese porcelain and an open air garden area that feels like you stepped into Portugal. The spa was wonderful - we did a massage and facial package and both were excellent. Great way to spend midday when it’s too hot to be out walking around town. Easy walking distance to Jonker Street and the river. Best water pressure and hottest shower we’ve had in Southeast Asia (and we had just come from a stay at the Ascott in KL!). Reception staff were all exceptional and went above and beyond to welcome us and help us figure out where to eat the foods we were keen to try and see the things we wanted to in the short time (two days) we had in Melaka. Breakfast is quite a spread with great variety of sweet and savory foods.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit small with a very narrow path between the end of the bed to the bathroom.

Pros:

Удобное расположение, рядом с центром и многими достопримечательностями. Очень аутентичное здание отеля. Отличный завтрак для такого небольшого отеля! Очень доброжелательный персонал! Так же из плюсов можно отметить просторный номер.

Cons:

Плохо работала сантехника (смыв в унитазе, сток в раковине), довольно старая мебель, но для любителей антиквариата будет нормально, постельное белье было чистым, но со старыми пятнами.. это не очень приятно было.

Lovely historic hotel in the heart of Melaka.
Pros:

Stayed 2 nights with a tour group. Hotel was in a great central location, beautifully decorated in the lobby and communal areas. Breakfast was nice but the beans were in a double tureen along with meat which meant I couldn’t have any as they were contaminated with the condensation dripping on them. Basic food hygiene. Staff were lovely.
Rooms were small and basic and the bathroom small with no window. Nowhere to put 2 big suitcases. We enjoyed our stay as we were only in the room a short while.

プラナカン文化を感じられるホテル
Pros:

プラナカンの建築スタイルを保っており中庭など心地良く過ごせるように工夫されていたところが良かったです。近代のホテルとくらべると保存が大変だと思いますが後世にこのような文化財をもっと残してほしいと思います。チャイナタウンに近いので立地が良かったです

Cons:

部屋は狭めでシャワーとトイレが近いというのが難点ですが古い建物なので改装がなかなか難しかもしれません

Highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Great location to Jonkers street and near bars on the river front. So many restaurants around to choose from. Breakfast was good. The hotel is beautiful and has so much history. Almost like stepping back into time. We highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Lacking hot water in the shower. The room was a bit small but not unusual given the history of the hotel. Beds were a little on the hard side.

Not gonna stay again neither recommending. Many other boutique hotel along the same row or block!
Pros:

1- Location of hotel- walk in distance to Jonker Walk, Riverside View, Stafhuys. Plenty of coffeshops, eateries, Sunday morning flea markets.
2- The history and heritage values of the antiques and architecture.
3- Taste of buffet breakfast is quite okay, to add on price per head for breakfast is as cheap as RM35
4- The greetings, attitude and reccomendations from the hotel frontdesk staff and I think their supervisor. Very warm and friendly.

Cons:

1- NO BIDET at both toilet in my room- I booked for Suite Duplex- paid for RM600 including text.
2- I called twice to check on both room and availability of parking. The frontdesk staff said I can stop in front the hotel, asked for the guard to show me parking for hotel guest. When I reached in front hotel, the guard told me parking was already full!! He asked me to go park at a different hotel - Tengkera Hotel- which quite far from the hotel, pay RM15 and walk back to this hotel to claim. I tell u with the weather, the walking distance is no joke! There is ride to commute the guest back from Tengkera to Puri Hotel!
3- Rude guard, not helpful, zerooo consideration!
4- The Suite Duplex floor- I can tell its never been mopped at all.
5- Pillow used for customer at your suite with that kind room rates, can be at better quality.

Pros:

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme dans une maison traditionnelle, avec une belle décoration. Situation centrale pour découvrir Malacca. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Notre chambre se situait au rez de chaussée et était assez sombre, sans vue. Nettoyage relativement basique. Quelques petits travaux de rénovation ne seraient pas superflus.
