Good property but bad room assigned. Do not accept rooms on ground floor.

was assigned a ground floor room with window that cannot open and no day light; despite hotel not being full at the time. Technically the room is with windows but practically it is not.

Pros:

Location was excellent, close to tourist attractions. Parking lot was nearby and gated. Breakfast was good. Very nice of the staff to have prepared simple birthday decoration in the room. Recommended to select suite room as it is much more spacious and quiet. There was a lift but to get to the rooms may need to climb a few stairs.

Cons:

Pillows in the Hibiscus Suite are old, needs to be changed. Wish that there were clothes hangers in the room.

Beautifully appointed hotel central to Old Town Malacca. Would stay again.
Pros:

Excellent Wifi (262D/49U), excellent breakfast. Decent shower pressure and good temperature. Good location and quiet.

Cons:

Could have? I guess having the AC not blow directly on the bed, but still not a big deal.

Tolles Hotel in der Altstadt.
Die Lage ist optimal. Schönes Gebäude, nettes Personal.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war winzig und sehr hellhörig. Im Badezimmer lagen noch die Haare vom dem letzten Gast.
Das Frühstück war mehr für asiatische Gäste gedacht.
