Leuk traditioneel hotel op top locatie
Pros:

Traditioneel hotel op een uitstekende locatie in het China Town gedeelte van de oude stad. Om de hoek van Jonker street (night market) en vlak bij het rode Holland plein. Ontbijt is wel uitgebreid en veelzijdig, maar de kwaliteit liet wat ons betreft wat te wensen over.

Cons:

Het hotel lijkt vooral op zijn goede reputatie te vertrouwen en te vergeten dat dit ook onderhouden moet worden. Kamer / badkamer kon wel een renovatie gebruiken.

Hôtel bien placé, mais personnel peu cordial et quasi inexistant, notamment le concierge qui ne m’a pas aidé du tout lor

La première suite qui m’avait été attribuée donnait directement sur la rue très passante ! Volets fermés !
Le lendemain l’hôtel m’a changé de suite, c’était mieux mais la climatisation était en face du lit et bruyante !

We enjoyed our stay, and took advantage of the spa facilities and open air breakfast.
Pros:

We loved the staff, very friendly and helpful. And tge Family suite was bigger than expected. We liked being in the Jonker neighborhood, close to the historical sites.

Cons:

The beds were a little uncomfortable, a bit harder than we are used to.
