Shared public bathroom, check in after hour is hopeless. Bed sheets were not clean. No staff to attend to the hygiene of the property, found random underwear on the floor along the hall way which was discussing.

Excellent spot for a Yamba overnight or short stay.
Pros:

Very nicely refurbed rooms with a great idea central basic kitchen for guests. Very stylish decor and the bathroom was nice and modern. Couldn’t fault location with an excellent bistro/bar/coffee shop right below in the same property. So convenient for good meals and great, friendly service. Good range of merchandise attached to the micro brewery right in the restaurant. Also right in the middle of Yamba retail precinct. Five minutes walk to the river and 10 minutes to the beach and lighthouse.
