couch very uncomfortable, springs popping
kitchen not well appointed - no knife set for cooking, only a bread board, no other cutting boards. No casserole or oven dishes

Proximity to main part of town...swimming pool was spotless. Very spacious apartment. Big garage and plenty of parking.

Bad experince, won't recommend it for the listed money . I would keep it as the last option.

I will say the truth .
The unit was not cleaned , sofa dusty, the heater was not woking on day 1 onwards, the staff was not cooperative and were not able to solve the issues.
Half way of total 8 days stay , the bathroom light went off, tried to call the office, no response even. after leaving message. No cleaning service provided during the stay.
On the last day ,requested for extra 1 hour after the check out time of 10am as of the wild weather in around Perth, reception declined it and the just agree to 1/2 hour after lot of request.I had tried to contact them previous day for this request , no response, left message but then never heard from the reception.
Look for better options, you may find better places to enjoy your stay.

Terrible, dirty, unsafe, misleading information, lack of floor plan, the amenities offered wasn’t working, etc. Terrible

Nothing, when I did the booking information was missing as for example, the floor plan of units it is an important information for guests to know, as if the units have stairs or , 1, 2, or 3 levels.

Cons:

We don’t like anything, We travelled with my in-laws and 3 family with kids, TVs wasn’t working, internet was not connected, the TV control remotes never worked. The mop was dirty and smelly. I got a message saying pets not allowed but we saw 4 dogs inside the complex and units. We wouldn’t booked there if we knew it there was stairs, as my in laws are over 80 of age, My husband recently had a knee surgery, I am pregnant and we were having in total 5 kids, stairs dangerous, one of the guest fell down the stairs in unit 1, we had to take him to emergency at the Mandurah hospital, for stitches and check legs and back. I have the photos, there is not hand support when walking down the stairs, there is one part, but you will have to switch hands and the items if you walking down carrying bags. When you get to the door, there are not fence and not hands support to use the stairs to walk to the parking.
