Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this place. Everything was excellent from the moment I arrived. The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

The staff were amazing — always friendly, professional, and available whenever I needed help. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable and stress-free. Their hospitality really made a big difference.

The location and facilities were also very good, making it a perfect place to stay whether for a short trip or a longer visit. I truly felt welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay.

Highly recommended! I would definitely stay here again.

I booked Koala 4 star apartments but sadly Our room was a 2 star room which had not been use for a long while. Dishwasher smelt. Fridge outside was rusty Bathroom floor dirty and shower and toilet surround badly needed attention. Frying pan that not fit to be used. Cracked coffee cup and chipped and greasy glasses. (Air conditioner whined loudly. Mattresses on the beds so uncomfortable both of these told to staff)Couch and chairs very uncomfortable. Tv had 1 channel worth watching which had repeats every day

Over roll it's not to bad.We would like to stay there again.

Decent apartment near Cairns CBD, but some upgrades needed.
Pros:

Decent apartment near Cairns CBD. Well stocked kitchen, lovely staff and nice pool area.

Cons:

The apartment is pretty outdated, especially the aircon units (they were extremely noisy). Also just a note that these apartments are directly under the flight zone for Cairns airport, so frequent and loud planes flying low overhead.
