Great location, amenities , excellent managers, interior superb . Very affordable , best in Burleigh for me so definitel
Pros:

Managers Eric and Nikki really nice and accommodating. Great location , short walk to beach , handy to both surf clubs and restaurants, pub. Good pool and even small gym. Great flat , all you need to cook, wash and very comfortable . Better and more affordable than where I stayed before so will definitely be going back .

Complex very tidy both interior and exterior.Three levels with stairs but not a problem.Apartment well equipped and comfortable.Easy amble to patrolled beach.

Pros:

Fabulous location, with beach 50m away, and spacious well-appointed apartment. Easy access to everything, with bus stops nearby. Supermarket only 10 min walk away, great cafe right across road - but the beach access was the best part!! Loved it.

Cons:

Nothing - this place was perfect for my 5 night stay.

Fabulous
Pros:

Eric , property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment we stayed in was on the top floor with semi circular balcony from where we could see the sea. It was tastefully decorated and a pleasure to stay in for the month we were at burleigh
Location was fantastic with just a few minutes walk to the beach

Cons:

It would have been nice to have had more kitchenware, eg cups, bowls and plates
The apartment was only serviced once during our months stay….as there was a washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment we were able to wash bedding and towels ourselves

Amazing location
Pros:

The location is incredible, so close to the beach, surf club, shops , restaurants etc. The apartment was spacious with a patio overlooking a pretty garden and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The pool is heavenly too. Overall excellent value for money.

Cons:

The apartment itself was quite dark, maybe because we were on the ground floor. We couldn’t sit on the deck without turning off the aircon as the unit blows out hot air directly onto you. Toiletries provided only last one day not seven.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Cannot fault the facility in any way. I will absolutely be back. Loved the location and serenity of the apartment.

Eric and Nikki the hosts were so hospitable. They went out of there way to ensure our stay was a great one. And it was.
Pros:

Loved being so close to beach, local shopping , underground parking. Great pool and gymnasium too. Apartment so clean.
