Fabulous
Pros:

Great place to stay literally right on the water. And walking distance to the main area of Burleigh strip of shops under 10 min.
Eric is lovely and very helpful. Made this stay super super easy for me and felt like I was staying in my own apartment. Very accomodating business. The whole place is perfectly equipped down to the smart TV which is always a bonus and good wifi. Definitely recommend

Amazing location, loved walking down the beach in the morning. Beach is 1 min away. Staff were accomodating. Burleigh is beautiful. Would come back again to this accommodation.

Apartment n location good. Don’t go whilst roadworks n building construction on.

The location is great. A very short walk to the beach n cafes/restaurants.

Cons:

At the moment there is road works on the Gold Coast Highway (Tramline works). This property is on the corner of Fourth Avenue n Gold Coast Hwy n road works at night time. The apartment we had wasn’t very sound proof. We had all the windows n doors closed n throughout the night could hear the traffic controllers talking/beeping of the trucks reversing n roadworks traffic noise. Also could hear the person upstairs walking around at night. Did not get much sleep. Also they were doing building construction during the day immediately to the front. Again more noise.

We had a wonderful time staying there!
Pros:

We enjoyed the pool and spa.
Our daughter left her laptop behind in the unit when we left. Eric and his dad Lucky went out of their way to look and find the laptop. Thanks again for your excellent service! Highly recommended!

Pros:

The property managers were amazing and super friendly. We had an issue with our a/c and literally had an electrician to fix it within the hour. Great location and nice rooms for the price :)

Great Location, Older Style but Relaxing.
Pros:

The location to beach, supermarkets and cafes is great. Pool and spa is really nice and a relaxing spot to.wind down at end of the day.

Cons:

Customer service was not friendly. Rude and charge a lot for a service of unblocking a toilet. That would not even flush much toilet paper before it accidentally got blocked. Treated unfairly in way the handled issue.

Car park was stolen on second night and guy stayed in it for two nights before I got it back.

Not cleaned properly. Broken glass on rug and under couch. I have a baby crawling around and picked up glass. Could have gone in her foot, hand, arm or leg.

Big huntsman spider was in apartment on last night, while air conditioning was on.
