Lack of bar fridge. lack of tissues in the bathroom. Soap scum around the door of the shower. holes in the wall poorly patched. Lack of hanging space.

Comfortable, clean stay with great location and reasonable rates.
Pros:

Toaster available in common room and location was great with cafes open down the road for breakfast. Great location for trips to OReillys in Lamington National Park. Very reasonable rates very clean room.

Cons:

The common room had stains on the couch. The fridge needed a wipe out and maybe some milk left for cereal.

The staff were great, but creature comforts could have been a little better.
Pros:

It was really well located and the staff were spectacular - friendly and warm and knowledgeable. The lighting in the bathroom was also really nice!

Cons:

Upon arrival there was not a small amount of someone else’s hair on the bathroom wall and it seems like the hot water turns itself off after a certain time in the evening. The latter was a bit challenging when we returned from a wedding on Mt Tamborine quite late after a long work day as the creative team and we were unable to shower.
