Despite very helpful office staff, standard and condition of cabin was way below an acceptable minim

Cons:

We chose the budget cabin which was in very poor condition, old, worn and unwelcoming. One year ago we stayed in the cabin so assumed it would have been improved by now. Eg. Damaged cabinets in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom and damaged/stained basin in bathroom.
