I will recommend this hotel and will certainly stay again if I'm down that way.
Pros:

I particularly liked the helpfulness and friendliness of staff and the excellent meal I had in the restaurant. (Special note for Connor please who wasn't on when I left so I couldn't thank him directly).
I was also very impressed with the bathroom. As I had stayed there previously (but didn't realize that until I was there this time) I'm not sure if all bathrooms had been altered or I was given one that had hand rails, which I found more than useful.

Cons:

The only thing I could mention, even though it couldn't be altered anyway, was the small lift that I used a lot and found it made me a little uncomfortable when I had to just stand and wait for the door to close. This probably wasn't for very long but it felt like it was.....

Pros:

The room itself was reasonably spacious, tidy, and clean, with a decent bathroom. It was comfortable enough for the stay, and overall the space was well-presented, aside from a few minor details

Cons:

Check-in was slower than it should have been due to confusion locating another guest’s booking. While the staff member did acknowledge the delay and apologise, it still made for a frustrating start. The carpet in the room also felt quite dated, which took away from the overall presentation. The biggest let-down, however, was the lack of communication prior to arrival — I had sent a personal email that was completely ignored, without even an acknowledgment. For a hospitality business, that level of communication should be a basic expectation.

Stay was good but small improvements would have made it excellent.
Pros:

Room & bathroom were large. Simple breakfast was provided (cereal). Toaster & kettle available. Hotel restaurant was very good, meals were reasonably priced and the 10% discount was a bonus.

Cons:

There was space for a small round dining table & 4 chairs. Would make eating in the room more comfortable. One bed was lopsided.

Letto scomodo
Pros:

Struttura con tutto l'essenziale. Purtroppo il materasso era veramente scomodo e non ci ha permesso di dormire bene.

Handy motel, clean comfortable, for Mornington stay.
Pros:

Very good value, plenty of facilities in the room for having breakfast, eating in etc. Very clean and good value overall. Although the bar downstairs was lively, we weren't disturbed during sleep.

Cons:

Carpet and furniture might have been a bit worn, but still, the room was comfortable and clean.

Comfort & great value Hotel / pub stay.
Pros:

Great position , easy access to Mornington main St. The rooms were very large . Our room had a balcony overlooking the Nepean Hwy. But it had easy access for my disabled elderly mother with a lift and we could park on the second floor .
Fabulous bathroom with double shower and a deep bath. Downstairs was hotel bistro and they gave you a discount card on the meals. Our fears of sounds from the pub below upsetting us were unfounded... It was not noisy at all an the pub section closes early. Nice also that breaky cereals were included with the usual tea/ coffee.

Cons:

Our fears, based on staying at hotels / pubs in the past were totally unfounded. So I would stay again and can't find anything to dislike without being exceptionally picky.
