Pros:

Great location 3 minutes from Main Street, with heaps of shopping and food. Good bistro on site. Plenty of free parking. Large comfortable room, bed and bath.

Pros:

Good location. Large room and good shower

Cons:

Bed and lines were some of the worst available. The elevator is only available during business hours. I was injured and it was practically impossible to go down the very steep stairs.

Firstly we travelled by bus from Frankston and found out the bus pulled up on side street which was a bonus.
How convenient everything was ....

Cons:

Had a little trouble getting back in as I went for a early walk, I found staircase and back door to get back in....
We didn't know about back door as was first time there....

Great room and parking. Meals available on site. Reasonably priced and would use again.
Pros:

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Great size with couch in the room and tea and coffee facilities.
Pleanty of parking on site.
Ordered dinner in the retaurant. Dinner was good and the price was resonable. Staff very helpful.

Cons:

Although it was a busy time when we arrived, we had to ring the bell in reception a few times and when no one came, we had to go into the venue and find someone.
The bathroom was clean, but the toiletries had been used and empty boxes put back in place.
