Upper level car park door entry , the ramp very dangeoua when wet especially those who arre physical restricted or in older age bracket. Needs to a full rail all the way out to concrete deck

Pleasant comfortable quiet easy access to Mornington.
Pros:

Older style hotel. Rooms very roomy. Comfortable and location great and very affordable.

Cons:

Showing a bit of age. Bit of lighter painting in hallways would be good. But overall. Good value for money Affordable for the area.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The bathroom was very big, and the staff were very nice. The suite was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The only issue was that the toilet lid was not stable and moved while using the toilet.
