Great value apartment
Pros:

Great apartment for the price. It’s a little tired but full kitchen, roomy lounge area and separate bedroom (sliding doors close it off)

Rooms definitely needing to see some TLC, and paint!!

Excellent location and price for our stay. Super helpful staff and a clean property.

Cons:

The rooms are starting to look really tired. Have stayed here a number of times over the years, and guessing a Leased Model where individual investors buy the appartments, and then these are leased out by MorgaN Suites. Unfortunately it would seem the investors are not maintaining their properties or the lease agreement is not keeping up with the deterioration. Cupboard doors broken, very tired paint work now around the rooms, stained (very!) furniture. Sad to see, very sad.
