Professionally run, great location loved our stay
Pros:

Location was great and Ariel at reception was fantastic and so helpful we arrived early and she contacted us by mobile once our room was ready very professional and courteous and room itself was perfect and clean you couldn’t ask for more, I highly recommend.

A good price doesn't mean a good stay
Pros:

Staff were lovely.

Cons:

The shower was tiny and the hot water was tepid even on full hot only.
The air-conditioner was noisy and a note said it couldn't be used below 22 or higher then medium fan due to a leaking issue. Maybe it needs replacing fullstop.
The wifi was terrible my partner having to reconnect every 5 minutes.
The bed was uncomfortable.
The unit had a damp smell possibly from the leaking air-conditioner.

Pros:

Great location close to QPAC and southbank. Cute well equipped apartment. Some coffee shops and a sushi place near the entrance. Good to have hotel reception available 9-5, helpful staff.
