Great find and would definitely stay again
Pros:

Perfect location - within walking distance to Convention Centre, South Brisbane train station, Queensland Museum and a wide choice of cafes and dining options all within 15 min walks. On-site secure parking was great to have.

Cons:

Cooking smells in the corridors and small dog barking on our last morning.

Great location, great value for money.
Pros:

The location of the apartment was fantastic, close to shops and restaurants and a short walk from South Bank cultural facilities and Brisbane CBD. The apartment was large, with a well-appointed kitchen, a separate bathroom and bedroom, plus a small, separate, unfurnished room that could be used as a child's bedroom or study. Private, secure parking is available for a reasonable extra cost.

Cons:

If you want a balcony view, this is not the unit for you; however, you are not overlooked.

Overall, the place was good and location was great for going into the city and to Suncorp Stadium.

The property didn't say that it is cleaned daily if your stay is longer than 7 days. The dryer had not been cleaned. It was so full of lint that my washed clothes became dirty.😪

Fantastic location. So close to the main city - apartment had everything anyone could need! Was able to do a late check out. Room was very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

Cons:

Main reception is in a different building - no direction on how to access pool or other, would have been good to have a directory.

Nice apartment on Merivale Street. Quiet despite the train line nearby and it wasn’t particularly noticeable when you did hear it.

Pros:

Close to the cultural centre bus station and the galleries, it's an excellent base to explore. The late check in was super easy and the room had everything we needed.

Having access to a balcony and fresh air is always nice.

Cons:

For a couple, the 2 bedroom apartment was fine but if you had more people, the bedroom that is part of the living room (two sliding doors form the corner of the room) might be a bit awkward.
