Great spot for a holiday.
Pros:

Relaxing and comfortable.
Pros:

Great location central the the town. The outdoor area is fantastic. Perfect view of the sunset.

Maybe an Air Fryer or oven to be fully self contained.

Pros:

A very spacious one bedroom apartment, very clean and comfortable. Terrific outdoor areas which are kept very clean and tidy. Did I mention it was directly opposite the water! Lovely to sit and relax looking at Shark Bay.

Bedbug infestation

I am incredibly disappointed to report a bedbug infestation at this property. My parents woke up 2 hours into going to bed covered in bites, with active bedbugs found in the sheets. Shortly after, when staff arrived, we found them in my room/bed too. When reporting this, staff confirmed they already had an infestation in another room prior to our check-in. 
Knowing they had an active issue and still renting out these rooms is gross negligence. Management could not offer alternative accommodation, leaving us to find urgent, last-minute accommodation 374km away. I had to drive to Kalbarri on just 2 hours of sleep. 
This resulted in a wasted 784km round trip, immense stress, and significant fuel costs. This was meant to be a special trip for my elderly parents visiting from overseas, but all activities were missed. We then had to spend days treating all our luggage and personal items to ensure the bugs didn't hitchhike home.

Potential guests, please be warned.

Fantastic time here , will be back
Pros:

I’d just done a long drive and when I got here it made me happy as it was on the ocean front. The sunset was amazing and the seating was great also.
The rooms were clean and ready to cater for our needs

STINKY, HOT ,NO STAFF,DANGEROUS

It was opposite the sea and next to shop it was clean enough when we arrived

Cons:

No staff ever to report issues I tried every day.No washing machine it had all been ripped out, with pipes still sticking up letting a stink up. 1 washing machine in staff back room allowed for guess use (12 apmts ) only from 12-4 but was never free as the staff used it . Air con was one unit in the main room the bedrooms were crazy hot.- had to sleep on sofa .Bedding had been dried in the car park with dust and grit which could still be felt on sheets. Sheet covered in stains.No cooker in 2 bed only in smaller 1 bed! Electric are DANGEROUS tv turns off when the fridge is opened, lights flickered. Fans are too low .Not enough cups etc 3 of each at most. BBQ dirty. Couldn’t use the bathroom as it smelt like sh** every time we switched on the fan. Best of all the toilet backed up on the last day with you know what !! Tried to clear but in the end had to go to public loo down the road.

Pros:

The apartment is in a great location and walking distance to the supermarket, beach etc. With convenient car parking available.

Cons:

The floor clearly hadn't been cleaned before our arrival and the garbage bins at the back of the complex were overflowing and covered in maggots.
