air conditioner was on when I arrived.
Ice in the ice box.
great touches.

windows cannot open to allow air flow; however front door could be opened.

Great location but old and tired
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and in a great location for us to walk wherever we wanted to go. It was surprisingly quiet for being on a busy road. Access to the apartment was made very easy with a lock pad.

Cons:

The building was old and tired and needed work being done to it. There were dirty dishes put back in the kitchen cupboard, the wooden fly screen had no screen on it, the floors were very squeaky. The cleaning service was half hearted, e.g. one bed was made up but the other wasn't on some of the days. The bins were emptied some days but not others. For what we got, we felt it was overpriced.

Perfect Location for Adelaide Oval
Pros:

Very convenient location close to Adelaide Oval. The apartment was roomy enough for three adults, with a comfortable lounge and bed. Everything was clean and tidy. A great place to stay.

It does the job but not spectacular
Pros:

It’s super conveniently positioned for events at Adelaide oval.
Comfy enough to get by a few nights.

Cons:

The cleanliness and maintenance was lacking, the building is a bit outdated and the furniture had some quirks - one bed and a shelf in the room had pretty obvious leans.
