The most uncomfortable beds.
Very dusty, no basics of salt and pepper . Shower not acceptable for some ppl with limited physical ability.

It served a purpose. I’ve learnt a lesson.

The location.

Cons:

Wasn’t clean. Blood stain on mattress protector, stains on pillows. Dirty marks on walls, doors and door handles. Shower has mold, ceiling fan covered in dust.
Other guests noisy and inconsiderate.

Pros:

The location was central.

Cons:

The converted bedroom that had a window directly into the 2nd bedroom.

Place was dirty, dusty and had cockroaches.

Access to apartment was difficult, was provided with wrong passcode.

No reception on site.

Cons:

The apartment was incredibly dusty. While the surfaces were clean the curtains and furniture was full of dust. Also, the lighting was hostile, white white light globes in the living rooms.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Close to where we needed to be. Quiet and you felt reasonable safe.

Cons:

Bedside lamp didn’t work and is broken. Couldn’t lock screen door so you couldn’t keep main door open for a bit of ventilation. My husband and another tenant had to fix bench seat outside our rooms to sit on as it was about to collapse. We had to buy screws and nuts and washers to repair it. The tenants wife had just had twins and it was unsafe for her to use.

Room smelled like smoke, floors dirty making feet dirty, carpet was wet, dirty spoon on the floor under bed on arrival, balcony had cigarette butts on the floor, very noisy.

Pros:

Excellent location, big apartment with multiple rooms, friendly communication from staff, very affordable.
I'd been concerned after seeing other poor reviews, however the apartment was clean, convenient and quiet. I felt safe and would happily stay here again.
