Box Hotel

Located in the action spot. Lots of Western tourists, bars, restaurants. Noise, cars, loud speaker blaring someone doing anoucements, music, bass pounding through the walls of room. No locker key for lockers in room. Air conditioner did not turn on. Sink in bathroom barely drained.

Great stay and lovely staff if you get a room it’s super cool and literally a wooden box!

房間空間不大，浴室空間很小，沖澡時，如果前面有人剛洗過，會有熱水不足的狀況，廁所進去會卡卡，但環境衛生還可以，床鋪也很好躺，服務人員態度很好，有提供早餐，還不錯，只是咖啡是重複煮，第一壺喝完，直接加水進去煮，沒有更換咖啡粉，所以後面就變咖啡水了，整體而言，還可以接受，另外這裡距離市場很近，吃吃喝喝逛街很方便，而且住宿價格很便宜，隔壁的法國麵包好吃又便宜

外の騒音の大きさ、何より空調が全然効いてないので、そのまま宿を変えました。店員さんの対応は悪くなかったので残念です

Kein warmes Wasser, Wifi funktionierte nur teilweise, viele kleine Ungeziefer in den Boxen... ein gutes Backpacker-Erlebnis, aber nicht mehr...

Property is located center of the Hanoi ,rooms r clean..

Små rum med ok komfort. Dålig städning. Ligger i helt rätt område för backpackers. Billigt. Trevlig personal.

For the price it was worth it. I booked the private two bedder for myself. It’s a tiny room which makes for an interesting experience for a hostel first timer. Front desk was really friendly. Good food nearby. Room floor was swept however there was visible accumulation of dust in the corners and along the threshold of the doorway. Otherwise beds were clean, bathroom was clean and dry when I got there in the evening. Oh! Beds are also long so it’s perfect even for those who are 6’2”...

Hotel had a good location. Beside this the hotel was very disappointing, leaking roof, broken WiFi, tiny rooms, flooded toilets/shower- overall lack of hygiene.

The room was basic but functional. The reception staff were lovely but the room was not cleaned while we were there.

I needed a place where my friend and I could keep the luggages and rest for an hour or two before our midnight flight. We booked a private room for two people and the space was tight but just as described and be seen in the photos. I usually don't write a review but this hostel's condition was the WORST I've ever seen. The AC unit looked like it was never cleaned and was not cool enough at all. I found hair on the bed sheets. Forget about the bathroom locks, the door doesn't even fit to be closed!! It really felt like the showers and toilets weren't cleaned for at least three days(I didn't intend to shower anyway luckily). There were wet towels on the bathroom floors(imagine using these on your skins even if they are cleaned!) and half-used travel-sized bottles everywhere on the shelves. Also, the staff forgot to tell us that we needed to return the room key AND the AC remote control when we check out, so we had to run all the way to the room again. If you want a place to drop your luggage, this might be okay, but seriously, you get what you pay. However, if you are thinking about sleeping here, booking this hostel will guarantee the worst travel experience.

Good location, friendly helpful staff. Rooms are small but it's what you expect and what you pay for!

If you're looking for a quick place to rest this is a great solution. If you're wanting a place to hang and relax this is the worst solution. There is hardly any room to even change clothes or turn all the way around. But great if you need to crash.

立地もよく、スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで快適だった。
シャワールームが小さいのが難点だが、値段の価値以上はあるホテル。

While the room is undeniably small, you do get your own twin room with air con, comfortable clean beds and in the middle of the old quarter.

We stayed here three separate occasions because of the price and comfort.

旧市街地にあるホアムキエム湖まで徒歩10分程の便利なホテル。二段ベットの部屋を一人で利用。シャワー・トイレは3部屋の人達と共用、シャワーのお湯も問題なく、不便は感じない。改善点は2点。空港から86番バスで移動したが、降車場所がグーグルで調べたところと違ったこと。ロンビエンバスターミナルが分かりやすい。部屋に鍵つきの引き出しがあるが、鍵をかけたら開かなくなり、結局鍵を壊して開けてもらい、修繕費を負担したこと。女性スタッフの対応が事務的で冷たかった。修理してくれた男性スタッフは、優しかった。

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Beds are small but reasonably comfortable. Area is full of life and a great experience. Hotel "Tour Guide" was unfortunately more interested in her sales/commission rather than actually helping me with travel advice. Overall, a great stay!

Amazingly friendly staff - it’s like being embraced in a family at this hostel. Equally, you can choose to remain distant from that but yet still get the excellent customer service they offer. Tour booking from there was exceptional and the guides were friendly, funny and informative.
