Very helpful staff, great location, facilities are very basic.
Pros:

Staff were excellent, helped me with an early check in. Location was great.

Cons:

Facilities are very basic, I had one cup, a fork and a spoon, no soap or dishwashing soap in the room. Fan also wasn't working which was an easy fix when I told them. No lift access so be prepared to drag your suitcases up flights of stairs!

Great for a stop over or a few days out in the town 💞
Pros:

I loved this hotel! It’s so cute and I love how it’s been done up! The roof area was so nice too! Was beautiful to watch the sunset!

Staff were so so nice! Food was AMAZING.
I love that there was pub below to hang out in too!

Literally in the perfect place in the city, I will 100% be back!!

Convenient but extremely noisy.
Pros:

Location. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Location! Overlooking major crossroads, very very noisy traffic all night; particularly as the window can’t be closed due to the ac unit in it. Smelled strongly of toxic cleaning fluids. Needs a blind in the kitchen areas as it doesn’t have a door.

Short one nighter as we were attending a convention, but would happily do another short stay here
Pros:

Location near Darling harbour was great, lovely old building, great atmosphere, comfortable room well kep with nice fresh amenities and large enough to accommodate 4 easily

Cons:

Only street noise was a minor issue, but we knew this before booking so were prepared, and this isn't the fault of the venue, it is just Sydney!

Comfortable. Transient stay only.
Pros:

Great location, comfy bed.

Cons:

There were hairs in the shower when I first got in, that clearly weren't. Could be good if providing a kitchenette, to provide more than just spoons? Opened the cupboards and it was pretty much empty. Tea and coffee facilities only.

Pros:

Great locations, great staff, really easy to get things done. Highly recommend if you are in need of an urgent stay. The issues are very much situational.

Cons:

It's shared facilities per floor and it could just be my luck but almost everytime I went in to use the shower or bathroom is a wet mess. I hurt myself badly once because the floor was wet as there is nothing to stop the water. Also it was muggy and hot and the cooling facilities didn't really do anything or help.

Pros:

Easy check in/out

Cons:

Some of the bathrooms didn’t have mirrors, no floor mats for the bathroom and cold/hot taps were not labelled. Door lock was lose on room 11 which didn’t make me feel -00% safe.

Pros:

Nice spot and pretty good value overall. Would definitely stay again if I were in Sydney for a long layover or if driving out after flying in.

Cons:

The only real negative was that it turns out my room was rather loud, as it must have been right over the top of the bar. Ear plugs provided worked well, fortunately.

Pros:

Good location

Cons:

The website versus reality were like being catfished.
The website said the rooms were renovated . The room that I was supposedly upgraded to looked nothing like the photos it was broken. It was dirty. It was unsafe for a solo traveller.
