Opened bottles of coke in the fridge that weren't ours, neighbours were still partying next to us at 2am, no sleep at all. Pillows were like rocks. Biscuits broken in the sachets, no light in the shower- only over toilet so very dark and the water just dribbled out the shower. Didn't even wash the soap off. Room 2 and very disappointed. Some crack head thinking he was swimming down the hallway too. Didn't feel safe or comfortable. We cancelled our next booking and have rebooked somewhere else.

Food / Bar is Hotel - Accomodation is very Motel

Hotel staff particular checkin lady was very good, she was warm, engaging, talked us through process, even took us through to accomodation, dining process to book a table an some info about place close by - it was a great location,- the dining area an bar was exceptional beatufully presented - modern , - the food was spectacular- beautiful an fresh - the daily fish special - barramundi with prawn emulsion - highly recommended.- the house keeping staff friendly an accomodating, room nicely presented, very clean and tidy - even had like extra bowl an spoon if we has our own cereal- bonus, not sure if heater was working

Room1 we could hear every person that walked up the stair, opening closing of the door, an Saturday night the music was overwhelming in the private function room, ( perhaps not the best location of a function room) we should've opened our door for extra space for the party guest downstairs to come up for extra seating, however it did end at midnight, the firmness of the mattress was extremely well used., the pillows were like bricks - most hotel , motel which i frequently visit on monthly basis for work usually have shampoo & conditioner mounted on the wall, accomodation was underwelming can see where the money is spend on this hotel - room need budget modern update- paint decor an modern up dates to help sound proof the walls - the basic are there this would top this hotel off.

The girl at reception went out of her way to help us , she even got security to help us with our bags to the room, it was club so we went down stairs and had a lovely meal .

Sadly not a great experience overall
Pros:

Clean tidy room good location to Airport

Cons:

Unfortunately we had to leave a 3.00am and head home in the Darkness due to a terrible Airconditioner/Compressor/ Exhaust Fan in another room or corridor or outside Noise which awoke us both and couldn’t get back to sleep
So we dropped our key and Headed Home at 3am.
So it was not a great experience on this occasion.
