Pros:

The position is fantastic , easy walk into Merimbula, right on the beach and 2 minutes from the estuary.Fishing, swimming, canoeing on the doorstep.

A wonderful place to stay and visit.
Pros:

The apartment was clean and had everything i needed in it.
It was safe and secure. Undercover parking was an extra bonus.
Short stroll to the beach and a great coffee shop and Fish & Chip Take away,

Fantastic location and excellent facilities
Pros:

The property was close to beach, 1 min walk, the lake beach, 5 min walk, and 5 min walk to cafe. It was roomy for 5 people. It had excellent facilities and everything you could possibly need.

Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt im Grandeur Holiday Units, leider zu kurz.
Pros:

Die Anlage mit Pool und Grill ist super gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und gemütlich und hat alles was man auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und super gut geschlafen.
Vielen lieben Dank an die herzlichen Gastgeber Darren und Gayle, sie sind wundervolle Menschen.

Comfortable apartment for the two of us.
Pros:

Location of property was excellent, 1min walk to the beach, beautiful neighbourhood. Property was extremely clean and tidy with everything you could ask for, good appliances, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, all easy to use, giving you more time to have fun outside.

Cons:

The bedroom was close to the pool, we were on the bottom apartment, we could hear the pump morning and night, and woke up to kids splashing in pool. But wasn't too bad as we were so tied :) Next time we will try the top unit.

Great location, beach at back door. Sparkling clean pool, comfortable beds. The unit was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed. Designated undercover parking right at door. Two keys which is very handy. Cafe and take away a few minutes walk away.
