Great for families
Pros:

loved being close to snorkelling, coffee, beach bar. food was awesome and prices very reasonable. staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. the pet iguanas were fun to feed. kayaks and paddleboards readily available. easy walk to hideaway island, fire ahow and circus. buses accessible

Cons:

rooms are almost on top of the pool. was woken every morning with people walking past and the blender running. I was really hoping to have a lot of quiet so probably nit great for my intentions. a trip in to town by bus will cost approx $30 aud each way so can get expensive. the toilet water was extremely smelly all the time which infiltrated the room.

Everything we could want and more!
Pros:

The location was incredible! What a view to take in every day. The apartment was spacious and had real home touches. The staff were kind and attentive. The kids loved the beach volleyball, SUPs and kayaks.

Cons:

Really cannot fault the place. It was everything we needed and more!

Beach and bars
Pros:

The staff were a highlight, friendly and helpful.
The location was close to 2 fabulous beach side bars, walkable distance from Tanna Coffee and the area was well serviced by local buses.
The beach was safe and there were kayaks and paddle boards available.
The main pool was good and not busy/overcrowded and the unit we had had its own smaller pool that was clean and great to cool off.
We had fans and air-conditioning so we're never uncomfortable.
Kitchen had everything we needed.
The breakfast was included and was tasty and filling.
Drinks were reasonable

Cons:

T.V service wasn't always reliable ( but we weren't there to watch telle)
The coffee machine didn't take nespresso pods and we couldn't find the pods required at the shops. There was a Moka pot so we got some local ground coffee and used that

The location was perfect

Cons:

The property is very run down. We stayed in the penthouse apartment which was very tired. During our stay our daily services did not happen. Our fridge & dishwasher both stopped working.
There was construction happening for a number of days during our stay which was disruptive.

Le lieu, le personnel, le cadre a été en très grande partie responsable du bonheur de nos enfants ❤️.
Nous avons passé nos meilleurs vacances et nos enfants nous le disent chaque fois que l'on en parle. Encore merci merci merci pour le service du personnel qui est super gentil, serviable et super souriant.
L'emplacement du site a été un point essentiel
Vous êtes au milieu de tout: Zipline au sud ouest a 30 minutes blue lagoon banana bay au sud est à 1h port vila à 10 minutes et le beach bar à 200m de la maison avec spectacle de feu le samedi 🔥 le cirque le dimanche effectué par une troupe de théâtre exceptionnel, avec rien ils vous mettent des étoiles dans les yeux 🤩🤩🤩.

Et bien sûr l'accès à la mer à 50m paddle canoë gratuitement.

Résumé des vacances
C'est les plus belles de notre vie
Et bien sûr nous reviendrons avec nos enfants et nos amis.

Ça a été aussi comme notre voyage de noce puisque nous nous sommes mariés le 28 mars 2026 puis nous sommes venus chez vous.🤗

Moved on after 1st night in Apartment.
Pros:

Very friendly staff - Juliette, Jackie, Carol & Frederick were all very welcoming and helpful.

Beachfront location - You can hear the ocean on your doorstep, with a great view of Hideaway Island. Note: The beach isn’t the most attractive, as it’s dark volcanic sand (not the golden sand you imagine in South Pacific).

Cons:

The Apartments are dated and in poor condition.

We experienced problems with blocked drainage and leaks from the kitchen sink.

The water supply was brown water - when you filled the sink, you could see the dark brown colour (we didn’t wash or shower due to this factor).

The TV (software) locked up, so we were unable to watch TV at nighttime. The room safe would not lock using the security code.

The staff tried their best to resolve these issues, however we asked to cancel our booking after the first night. The staff & owner were very flexible and supported this request. Thank You

Enjoyed the interaction with the staff. Great location and enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Aircon was good.
Safe was a good asset.

Cons:

Flat screen TV was a disappointment, but we enjoyed the rest from the TV.

Beautiful beach and location, perfect spot for the children.
Pros:

Great fun using the paddle boards and canoes. Nice close walk to the Beach Bar for the fire show and Sunday night show. Kids lunch boxes were a big hit and smoothies were very yummy!

Cons:

Lots of ants everywhere but also normal for this time of year.
