Pros:

Great bicycles to borrow! Good breakfast! Nice sofa on the room and a good aircon! Good location!

Pros:

Schönes großes Zimmer mit Sofa, kleinem Balkon, großer Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und es gibt auch einen Haarföhn. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet, auf Wunsch bekommt man auch Rührei frisch zubereitet.

Kleines aber feines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service
Pros:

Zimmer großzügig für den angebotenen Preis, schönes modernes Bad mit Qualitäts-Grohe Armaturen! Frühstück gut, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schwimmbad im vorderen Hotelbereich aussreichend (versenkter Aufbaupool). Wir hatten ein Kleidungsstück auf dem Balkon vergessen und nach Anruf wurde uns dieses freundlicherweise nach Bangkok geschickt =TOP Service!

Facilities can still be Improved to get a revisit from customers.
Pros:

The place is okay. Room is clean. Location is fine.

Cons:

The facilities did not justify the price. The hotel match the advertised pictures where we expected good playing area for kids. There is no climbing zone for kid as put on the website.

We need to ask staff to fix our door as it was somehow jam.

Interesting visit to Rayong, on the bicycles, only a few minutes to the beach and then a nice ride along the water.
Pros:

Clean well appointed room, nice kitchenette, clean smell air con, comfy bed, secure. I like the gym (salt) and gym (spacious) on rooftop.Really good breakfast. Mostly though, its the staff that work here, always pleasant and helpful.
