Clean, tidy and safe. Happy with my stay there
I stayed 6 nights. They cleaned the room just twice.
Managers, just apologise and promise the next day the room will be clean,but never happened.
Terrible place
We are interstate travellers and knew nothing about the location. It would have been useful to have an information guide to point out places to eat, buy food for microwave or toiletries, public transport systems etcetera. The dinner we had was delicious and staff were very friendly. Clean rooms and hot showers, great air-conditioning, nice and warm and the bed was okay 👍
Room was clean - minimal - but great for 1 night as we were there for a function. Bistro had many options & food was great. We had an issue with the key which was rectified immediately. Surprisingly quiet considering location.
We have stayed there before as the location suits us and the dining is excellent,however, the refurbishment in the rooms if any, is not up to scratch, no basin in the bathroom and you have to wash your hands in the sink! and very small, tiles cracked and uneven, walls not painted properly.
However the bed was comfortable and sheets clean and towels were clean and provided 2 each. We will stay again as it is so handy for us.
Room was comfortable but no vanity or basin, no mirro?, no hooks and no shelving in the bathroom- very inconvenient!!

Staff were nice - they were probably the best thing about the hotel.
The room itself was pretty underwhelming. The tv didn’t work, there’s no sink or vanity mirror in the bathroom, the bathroom door wouldn’t close and there wasn’t any milk or anything in the fridge. That being said, the room was decently clean apart from the stained carpets and chair.
The noise and stairs other people are complaining about aren’t that bad at all, there’s very few stairs- and even then, there’s a lift.
TV couldn’t get a picture,wi-fi couldn’t connect, otherwise a comfortable stay.site was central for my purposes.

One room smelt like cigarettes the first night. Just old and needs an upgrade. I won’t stay here again.
