Great spot for our first night in Tassie. Clean and cosy room, friendly staff, great food. And a warm spot next to the fire. Glad we found out way to this hotel.
Log fire on cool evening was very welcoming, lovely dinner, very helpful staff.

Enjoyed our stay, room was warm and bed comfortable. The rooms are a tad small but we were only there for the night. Meals at the Hotel were lovely and staff were wonderful.
Good place to visit the Tasmania high country lakes.
Booked king deluxe room which was very small, no cupboard to hang clothes, dinner was available from 6pm until 9.30pm yet we arrived at 7.15pm to be told kitchen is closing. They did however take our order but while sitting there having dinner staff were vacuuming and putting chairs on tables which made us feel uncomfortable and rushed our dinner. Room cost $320 overnight which is ridiculously overpriced for what you get.

The property has been renovated since my stay here a few years ago and it is amazing. Very tastefully decorated, spacious, extremely comfy beds and very well supplied for breakfast/tea/coffee, good heating.
