Pros:

The location was perfect. Easy to see it all

Cons:

The unit is a bit tired. The front patio should be kept clean and tidy The same standards as required inside the unit. There was a broken catch on one of the lounge area windows. The door to the main room hasn't been correctly reinstalled after what appears to be new carpet laid. Screws are missing from the top of the door and middle ones not fixed. Only a few minor issues otherwise lovely place.

Good location but rooms need updating and tidied up.

Cons:

Our family apartment was run down. There was tape around the expelair and the bathrooms needed work. There were spiderwebs in the corner of the living room. The kitchen drawers were hard to open as if they had swollen from water damage.

Overall had a lovely stay.
Pros:

The property was spacious and the location was great.
Lady at the reception in the morning was very friendly.

Cons:

In one of the bedrooms there wasn’t any side lamps to assist with reading in bed.

Quick stay glad it wasn’t any longer. A lot of noises from upstairs accommodation
Pros:

Good location nhandy to the town. Beds were very comfortable

Cons:

Felt quite dated. Bathroom was very small. Prefer separate toilet. Lithe had ants on the benches and running up the wall Had to put all food in the fridge.

No complaints at all
Pros:

Last stop of our 3 1/2 week tour of the South Island. We stayed here for 2 nights in one of the Seaview Studios. It was very good and actually just right for our needs at the end of a long but wonderful tour. It would be very easy to "pick-holes" in the apartment - there were a couple of minor points like a cupboard door not closing perfectly - but they were very minor and had no effect on our enjoyment or relaxation. The apartment was clean, very functional and the small balcony had a great view of the bay. No complaints whatsoever.

Cons:

We had the place to ourselves, but it seems that if someone else had booked the other room we would have had to share bathrooms/kitchen space, which wasn't obvious on the description.

Pros:

The location and facilities were as expected.

Cons:

The outside living area was not clean. The chairs had bird 🐦 droppings on them.
The area was unkempt with dead plants and uneven floor tiles/bricks.
Jusrt needs a good tidy up and cleaned to the same kevel as the inside.

Fantastic location
Pros:

Amazing central location in Akoroa. Apartment was tired but had everything we needed and the staff found an iron and ironing board when we requested them. Management were amenable and kept our luggage for us while we went on a boat trip.

Cons:

To use the pool you had a to pay for a key. I paid for the key but then realised that the pool was dirty and there was no offer of a refund - I was told that I could use a skimmer to clean the pool.

Pros:

The size and space. Clean and we'll appointed. Extras like salt and pepper, a coffee plunger muchvappreciated. Location brilliant. I paid for a Harbour view and got one.
