The perfect break
Pros:

We have stayed at the Akaroa Village Inn many times, at different times of the year and in different units, and it has always been an absolute pleasure. The hosts are genuinely friendly, helpful and always available to answer questions. Akaroa itself has become our destination to relax away from everyday life and never having to worry about the quality of the accommodation makes it evn more special.

Upgrade to make it a perfect spot

Ok so qe arrived a bit early. Which was fine we looked around the town ,we have been a few times. Then we tried to contact the number on the reception as it was closed. It went into a answer Machine which was in some language which later I found out was Japanese. The other number on the booking never answered. Eventually we got a call back. The office was open.the girl apologized she was busy doing rooms .she was excellent. Serving ice cream in the office etc .out room was ok.enrtered at the. Ack of the ext door kitchen .it smelt of old cooking oil.and dirty mops etc out side the kitchen not a good advertisement for a kitchen . The room was big the bed old needs replacing an old bouncy spring bed...the TV was older no channels which were of any interest and in the side wall crazy..view ok.
I didn't go there to watch TV but the news or local TV would be good .needs upgrading .

Gebruikte uitvalsbasis om te hiken bij Akaroa en vandaaruit te voet naar bars en restaurants te kunnen gaan.
Pros:

De ligging. En er was een parkeerplaats bij.

Cons:

De inrichting was wat gedateerd en er was weinig druk in de waterstraal van de douche.
