Perfect location, everything exactly as advertised but needs a thorough clean
Pros:

1. Great location walking distance to plenty of nice cafes, restaurants of all price ranges and convenience stores.
2. A lovely 1.6km walkway to the lake.
3. Modern apartment building, 3 lifts, maintained well.
4. Matches the detailed pictures in the booking [but not the main picture shown - the walls are all white, no yellow/orange walls, that's a different apartment]
5. Everything worked, including good air con. All features in the apartment were present.
6. Easy to communicate with the owner and convenient to check in.

Cons:

1. Although it had been swept and mopped, it was still very grubby, with ingrained dirt in bathrooms/kitchen.
2. Toilet seats were peeling and scarred.
3. Needs a thorough deep clean, e.g. shower glass, sinks and drains; it could be a lovely apartment.
4. The gym was closed, so no fitness room, but it seems this is temporarily closed for renovation. it looked good through the window.

Washing machine, kitchen, microwave, refrigerator, place to dry clothes, air-conditioning, Netflix of course.
Owner very responsive.

Cons:

Bathroom door can't closed properly. Window in master bedroom also defects.

Comfortable stay in a great location, would definitely come again!
Pros:

The location was perfect, right in Shaftsbury, close to shops, restaurants, and other facilities. The host communicated clearly and was very helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The facilities were complete, including a washing machine, and there’s also a paid laundry just about 100 meters away.

Cons:

The cleanliness could be improved, especially on the floor and in the toilet. Thats all.
