Jacaranda Noosa is undergoing a Pool Area renovation from 22nd July - 6th September 2024. The pool will remain closed until the completion date. Some noise is expected from the pool area during the hours of 8:30am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. Rates have been discounted. Bookings made during this time do so with the knowledge of the potential noise disturbances and the closure of the pool at the advertised rate. No further discounts apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Perfect Noosa stay
Pros:

Everything was perfect! Staff were super friendly and the apartment was gorgeous with everything you could need. Ideal location right on Hastings St, with a stunning view of the river too.

Will book again in a heartbeat!
Pros:

The location is the best - walking distance to the beach and a lot of restaurants. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable and the aircon was sufficient for the heat. The kitchen was equipped enough for our needs as we have breakfast in the property everyday. It was great that we can borrow sandtoys for free as well. The pool was kid friendly and we used it everyday. The tv has netflix which was great too. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Cons:

Unfortunately, we found some of the previous guests’ old food in the fridge and a top that they left in the cabinet. But otherwise the place looked clean. It was also hard to bring our luggages up and down as we were in the 3rd floor and there were no lifts.

Super Lage und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet..
da ich nur ein Appartement gebucht hatte war unklar ob ich einen Parkplatz bekommen würde.. das war aber dann kein Problem.. sogar schattig und ohne Zuzahlung.. und der Pool war sehr hübsch angelegt

Das Zimmer war erst um 15.30 frei und um 10.00 sollte man schon wieder auschecken.. war jetzt für mich nicht so schlimm zumal ich den Wagen noch etwas länger dort lassen konnte

There were many more pros than cons with my stay at Jacaranda Apartments. I would stay again.
Pros:

I booked a studio apartment on the ground floor. The room was very clean which was a relief (I've had others in different towns that were not clean) It was also a good sized room with a King bed and a single bed, TV with Netflix, ceiling fan and air conditioner, basic kitchenette, ironing facilities, small table and chairs. The apartments are on Hastings St but set well back from the busy street front which helped with being a bit quieter and very private. The outside areas are well attended and tidy. I was late arriving and was left my room key in a lock code box with the code for the pedestrian gate to get inside. It's secure from Hastings St and there is another coded pedestrian gate that goes out the back onto the boardwalk to the river and ferry. Car parking through a coded gate at entrance. The location was terrific. It's on Hastings St so has easy access to good cafes, restaurants, shops and the main beach. Great if on foot.

Cons:

Being a studio apartment the room did not have a washing machine and there isn't one for use except if you ask reception and then they may put a load on for you if you need it. There is a front loader at the back of reception which I found a bit odd and I was reluctant to ask someone I didn't know to wash my clothes. There is a launderette in Noosaville which is not a convenient option especially if you don't have a car. A single machine in a small corner of the facility block looked easily achievable to me. The shower in my room was a bit smallish but okay, the problem is that you have to step up quite high to get into it and then down again onto the floor to get out. I found it a bit precarious and it may not be suitable for someone with balance issues. The hot water filling up after you turn a tap on makes a bit of noise but it's not for long. It could be a minor disturbance if a person in the next apartment is having a midnight shower or flushes the loo. There was nowhere to sit comfortably in the apartment, no couch or easy chair. Only a small table with 2 plastic chairs and while not uncomfortable for a short time if you want to watch TV you have to prop yourself on the bed. A couch would fit nicely if they removed the single bed that's against the wall. The kitchenette is basic with just a kettle, tea caddy, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and some crockery and cutlery which is fine but if you wanted to cook for yourself maybe there are better facilities in one of the larger apartments. My room was on the ground floor behind the pool. It was very noisy when people were playing in the water, especially kids screaming and splashing. The pool is supposed to close at 9pm so shouldn't be a problem for sleeping but be aware that if you don't want to be near the pool don't get a ground floor room or one that overlooks that area.
