Best motel in the Burnie area
Pros:

Always clean and tidy at least the water stays hot if someone else in another room is showering at the same time as you....always have a very pleasant stay here

Cons:

Due to bad knees i don't like the stairs, but i now make sure i go to the rear stairs take everything up in one trip so only have to use them twice

You provide a microwave but no plates or cutlery to eat with. Off street parking was not close to the main entrance staircase - not easy if you have to manage several bags (or children).

Brilliant place to stay.
Pros:

I liked everthing about the somerset. It was clean quiet and the price was the best i encountered in all of tasmania given the quality of the room and facilities. Cant fault it.

A very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The room was very clean and recently updated. It was in a great location with plenty of parking. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

I didn't realise when booking that the rooms were above the pub. This wasn't a problem as it was still fairly quiet apart from the Friday night when they had live music. This finished quite early so not really a big problem.

The room was neat and tidy and very clean, and the property was so quiet. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom looked brand new.
