Cocochine - a VIE collection

This property had the potential to be a good hotel, and probably once was. The picture presented of this property needs revised. The beautiful front entrance has been closed in and turned into a mini mart. The room hasn’t seen paint in years. Unkept, failing hotel. I did get a refund and got out. Walls very dirty, unkept baseboards. Towels with stains and holes. Not my cup of tea, maybe not yours either. No restaurant as shown. Staff said they were now 2 star.

Cocochine is a 3 star hotel definitely in need of some refurbishing, but the location and the value for the price you pay is excellent. The hotel service was very friendly and let me check-in a little early after a whole night of traveling and this was much appreciated. The location is perfect: two blocks from the ocean and right in the middle of many restaurants, shops spas, etc. I had a nice room with a view and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Cocochine. If you're looking for a 4 - 5 star hotel this is not it, but if you're looking for a wonderful value, 3 star hotel perfectly located in Danang beach area than I'd recommend the Cocochine hotel.

Poor cleaning and damaged

The front of this hotel was a convenient store. It doesn’t look like the picture. I had a wonderful day though.

Most comfortable beds I've slept on since arriving in Vietnam. Pillows are spot on as well! It's a little noisy as it's on a road cross section and people use horns each time they approach it but you get used to it pretty quick. Location is perfect! Right next to a load of restaurants, bars, yoga place and gym. Is 5 mins to beach as well.

トイレットペーパーを使い切っていたが清掃の際替えを置いといてくれなかったので、自分で持ってきたペーパーを使用していた。
寝るだけの宿泊と考えるなら場所も価格も良いと思う!!

空港までタクシーで15分ほどの立地にあり、おしゃれなレストランやカフェがホテル周辺にたくさんあります。賑やかなところで過ごしたい人におすすめです。部屋は広く、設備も揃っていますが古くて掃除は行き届いていません。ミネラルウォーターが毎日部屋に置かれます。4泊しましたが、日によってバスルームのゴミが回収されていなかったりバスマットが取り替えられていなかったりしていて困りました。
ミーケ・ビーチまで徒歩5分程で行けるのも素晴らしいです。

For the money this place is hard to beat. The room was small but had the essentials. AC worked great and that helped immensely in such a humid beach area. It's close to the beach and plenty of dining options.

The pictures is a misrepresentation of the property. The lobby is hidden behind a convenient store. There is no spa or laundry services as mentioned.

Very central, good value budget accommodation. Just be aware the entrance is a bit obscured at the moment as they are converting the restaurant to a convenience store. You'll work it out.

Really enjoyed my stay here. It was in an excellent location. Hotel room very clean and presentable. Excellent price and above all the staff very courteous and helpful.

The room was not too clean , and the bathroom was not as well I expected, the door was broken did not close and was very dusty..

Perfect location so close to everything and staff was so helpful.
