Overpriced and tired

Great location and beach front aspect

Cons:

The apartment is in desperate need of renovation - very tired and dated. Not the cleanest - perhaps partly driven by the age of the apartment. Coffee machine was in the cupboard in the kitchen and was filthy (had mouldy coffee pods in it and very dirty overall. I stayed for the marathon weekend - the cost was extortionate for the quality.

Overall it worked for us. Close to restaurants, trams and the beach. Complex needed some maintenance but overall it was

Glasses were too high in the cupboards. The floor in the bathroom got wet when taking a shower. Needed more bath mats and face washers.
