Pros:

Will choose somewhere else next time.
Pros:

Pool was nice but small and no privacy. Reception was nice and clean and parking was easy. Location was great.

Cons:

Room was filthy. Blood and snot wiped on walls. Floor was dirty. Windows didn’t seal. Lounge was dirty and bathrooms were outdated cramped not clean and rusted. Very noisy on the weekend nights.

Perfect position, great view
Pros:

The view from the balcony was perfect. The location is easy walking distance to shops, beach and tram stop. After hours check in was seamless. The price was very reasonable. The furniture was decent.

Cons:

The crockery in the kitchen was poor. A chipped plate needs to be tossed. There were only 2 bread and butter plates for a unit that sleeps 4. There were no dessert bowls. There was no egg flipper. The cutlery was poor quality, like you are given on an aircraft. The AC was good but it was a little annoying that the temperature could not exceed 22 degrees.
