Good location with food (other than breakfast), close to Lake Macquarie
Cons:

A constant gripe of mine. If you book a room for three, there should be three chairs provided. There were only two chairs and while there was a stool, it was a very low one, not made for long-term sitting.

Modern but noisy
Pros:

- accommodation was modern and clean
- having a bistro downstairs was an excellent easy opportunity for dinner after a long day of travel (bistro food was well priced and delicious).
- noise from the pub was minimal
- easy access to parking
- view of the water is beautiful

Cons:

The pub is located on a very busy street, which was both hard to cross and the street noise was next level overnight (we weren't even the closest room to the busy road). All night, we heard motorbikes, trucks and cars driving down the road. Incredibly noisy. Suggest ear plugs.

A great pub with a good atmosphere
Pros:

Great Pub, good meals, excellent staff.

Cons:

Car parking is very poor and the room needed a bit more insulation from traffic noise.

I can’t recommend this accomodation enough. Beautiful room and great location.

Never again !
Pros:

The room was fine.

Cons:

From 10.00pm to 4.00am the other room occupyers near us made it impossible for us to sleep with continuous yelling, screaming, laughing,high volume conversations , walking up and down the corridor and door banging. When we finally asked them to quiet down at 3.00am we were verbally abused and then they started playing music. More walking up and down corridor started with door banging which made us feel totally unsafe and there seemed to be no one there to assist in the situation.no sleep was had by us !!
