Location and views from facility are fantastic and rooms are beautiful and all staff very pleasant.

Cons:

Car parking - not enough. Having stayed Friday and Saturday night, found it noisy due to live music and traffic. Could do with sound proofing on windows.
I would suggest they provide some marking on one of the keys that allows you to readily identify which one gains you access to the outside door before the staircase that leads to the rooms, therefore making it easy to know which one is for your room. Every person I saw entering this access door had the same problem. Needed to try both keys to work out which one worked.

Pros:

It's in a lovely location. Being able to get a meal downstairs in the evening was very convenient. Last time we stayed in a room with a lake view, which I would definitely recommend over a back room. However, on a week night, this was quiet and fine for us for one night.

Cons:

The bathroom shelf by the sink was missing, which was slightly inconvenient. I would also appreciate the provision of a tea towel for drying mugs and bowls after use. However, these were minor issues. It's comfortable and nicely appointed generally, with helpful staff.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable, pillows are very very soft and flat, bathroom was very clean but only had 2x towels and 1x floor mat and no hand towel. Food for dinner was fantastic at the pub.

Cons:

A fair bit of trafic noise from the roads outside but we slept ok.

Pros:

I like the location. The size of the television was great. The bathroom was newly renovated. The option for two beds was helpful. That was about it.

Cons:

I won't be staying again. I needed a two bed room and so my options were limited. This room was on the noisy street side. On arrival, reception staff gave poor instructions, roller door was down, could not find access to rear car park which had 5 parks in total. Could not escape the pub smell of stale cigarettes. The stairs were steep.

I enjoyed my stay, the accommodation and met friends for dinner and enjoyed the service and food.
Pros:

Room clean, comfortable bed, good shower, excellent, helpful staff. Stephanie was one who was very friendly and helpful also other staff but do not know their names.
Would come again as would my friend.

Cons:

It was difficult having stairs and no method other than carrying things.

Great spot for North lake and Newcastle is close by
Pros:

Location, off street parking, food and drink availability on site, room was good and pretty quiet. We had what we needed.

Cons:

Not much, carpark needs a bit of bitumen and it was a bit noisy with the window or door to balcony open.
