Excellent place to stay for a nice quiet break !!

Comfortable clean and good access to dog beach, need to be aware you are out of the centre

Location, spacious, clean and tidy, surprisingly quiet

There appeared to be a constant flow of foot traffic through the site, not related to the property
The screen doors do not have locks and aren’t security only fly screen hence did not feel comfortable leaving glass patio door open or unlocked
The foot traffic, let’s say we’re fairly rough looking and vocal at times
The opening hours for the bar and restaurant were reduced for winter , the staff were not clear on the opening hours, if you had been reliant on this for meals , this would not have been an option
The room would benefit from some dinner size plates and at least a salad bowl as we do cook

Clean, with a comfortable bed, but 207A is not what I’d describe as an apartment.
Pros:

The location was really good, the beach and small shopping centre, including a terrific bakery, were within a short walk. Nice views of the sea from the balcony of our room.

Cons:

The room was described as an apartment. The only difference from this room and many other motel rooms that I’ve stayed at, was a kitchen sink. Sitting on the bed was the only option as the room included one chair at a desk. We had to plug in the kettle in the bathroom because of the lack of power points.

Cons:

Way too many stairs up to the room, and the room was very small with poor amenities. The shower has a leak at the connection and sprays water outside the shower cubicle. The fridge or something electrical is making a constant buzzing sound and there were no staff in reception.

For the first time in nearly 20 years very disappointed
Pros:

I have been staying at Corrigans Cove for nearly 20 years with work. Every month. Great location and great staff

Cons:

This time the heating did not work and being the beginning of winter we froze. The TV did not connect and we were unable to use it. In the end we did not stay for the second night which was already paid and went home
