Nice property, but at wrong end of Batemans Bay!
Pros:

Fabrics & grounds were immaculate, pool was a bit cool, but nice.

Cons:

Tried to get dinner at 7.30, but apparently when quiet they close dinner at 7.30 although Webb site states 1500-1900!

Lovely stay with nice pool and restaurant.
Pros:

Comfortable room and kitchenette. We checked in late and instructions to access room were good. The pool area and restaurant very nice. Breakfast good both times we went.

Cons:

We could hear people moving around in apartment above.
Suggest pool towels are kept in apartment so you can use before reception opens.

Convenient with obliging and friendly staff.relaxed atmosphere but perhaps expected a bit more”resort” feel

Location and the staff and breakfasts. All very good😊. Wasn’t crowded and relaxed

For the price thought the room would have been serviced. It was family friendly but felt a bit tired

Perfect location for a coastal break
Pros:

Great location, easy walk to beach, park and local shops. Convenient, secure parking. Perfectly sized room for 2 teens & parent. All the facilities and inclusions we needed. Really enjoyed the sparkling clean pool.

awesome stay, family friendly.
Pros:

swimming pool was nice, was close to everything, including cafes and restaurants. Facilities were clean. We did not get a chance to check the in house restaurant but vibe was very trendy.
