Clean, war, great bath. Beds were comfortable and it was a quiet area. Early check in too.

Really enjoyed our stay here, very friendly owners and the room was lovely and tidy.

Stayed here for 3 nights, very comfortable and the proprietors very kind and helpful.
Breakfast is a very good value for money at $13 each served at a time to suite your convenience, the last available time being 9am.
The rooms had everything you require, and the bathroom excellent which included the shower.
Location ideal for Rugby or Cricket and other amenities like Petrol and Supermarkets within 1 kilometre of the property.
Would definitely recommend the Ballinor Motor Inn to anybody who is looking for good clean accommodation while visiting Hamilton.

We received a lovely friendly greeting on arrival and a free upgrade. To top it off our room was extremely clean and had everything we required, we would definitely stay there If we were to visit Hamilton again.

I travel a lot; especially with my children; and I must say the hosts at Ballinor Motor Inn were exceptional. Friendly, accommodating to our requests, even gave up their own car space to accomodate us. The rooms were clean, bright, modern and the spa bath is a definite highlight. The Beds are really comfortable and the airCon is nice and cold. Good value for money.
We will definitely be staying again.

Very friendly host/s. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Our tv didn’t work though, and it was noisy.

Nice property but we were kept up all night with a loud and aggressive party next door. This rudeness spoiled an otherwise enjoyable experience.

We made a group booking for mums 90th birthday. On mums arrival the manager presented her with a complimentary champagne. She was treated like a queen, even the lovely cleaner bought mum a gift on departure. We were provided 10% discount due to group booking, free use of laundry and complimentary studio suite. Excellent advice on Hamilton sites. It was a pressured weekend with preparations for the birthday but the folks at Ballinor made us feel relaxed and special. Thank you Hogan and team.

Nothing partular about the property it was clean and tidy

Great shower with lots of hot water. Unit nice and clean and had everything you needed.
They need to change their website though as the claim the beds are king sized is not true. Also if you like a harder mattress this might not be the place for you. Good location and quiet and the room was a good price

Quick check in, asked for extra car park and this was not a problem.

I forgot to ask but there was no information on how to check out early or a place to drop the key.

I stayed with a group for a week event.
We were very well looked after, nothing was too much trouble.

The rooms are very new and clean, with adequate cooking facilities and good bathroom.

Unit 16 being upstairs was roomy and comfortable.

I will stay here again when we next visit Hamilton.

Carpet was stained and because of that, appeared unclean. Also thecarpet was frayed aned torn at the entrance to the bathroom - causing a safety trip hazard. The SKY decoder box was sitting on a 40º angle on the top of the TV - not secured. Unit 15.

Well appointed motel, warm and clean with very good attention to detail. I would stay again!

Ocean views. Lovely big self contained room with everything you need. Comfy bed and lovely balcony with bonus of small spa bath in bathroom. Would definitely stay again.
